We purchased (2) more vehicles for our business from Koons recently. They coordinated our van upfit with our outside vendor, and coordinated the paperwork to make for a seemless and expeditious buying process. Pricing was agressive and the Ben & Dave worked hard to get us the deal we needed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Advisor, Nick, was great getting me in on a Saturday. I’m glad he could duplicate the problem. He also arranged a ride for me even though a shuttle doesn’t technically run on Saturdays. The car is under warranty so no issues with costs.

Skip Tate was amazing to deal with. After calling and leaving a message at 4:43pm Monday January 15, 2018, i promptly received a call back and within 30 minutes the total number were discussed with me on the phone. By 5:30pm the price I had in mind was agreed to with the management team and by 6pm Skip was able to work with Finance to beat the financing rate published by my Credit Union. At 8pm I was at land rover signing off the last few documents and 8:45pm out the door. Skip and the team went above and beyond to ensure the deal was closed and i left with the car. Will always recommend the smooth no story telling sales pitch and informed set of sales representatives to all who are searching for a new or used car. I was not looking forward to buying a car because it is always a tedious process. But to my surprise this experience was the complete opposite. The staff was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and was very helpful with the process.
Anthony Witherspoon was a phenomenal salesman. I met him two years ago and he advised me that it wasn???t the best time for me to buy a vehicle. Most salesmen would push you to purchase a vehicle by any means necessary. I appreciated his honesty and I knew when I was ready to buy my next Honda, I would give him the sale. I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
