Mark the salesman was friendly and in no way pushy to sell us something. He answered all of our questions honestly. We test drove two vehicles both of which were immaculately detailed inside and out. Very impressive! The car we bought was same make but different model we had driven at another dealer, but the other dealer did not put the same time/effort into detailing their cars-not by a long shot! The car we bought looked new, drove great and was only $1000 more compared to the other dealer, and well worth it! I am so thankful we decided to check out West Town Auto, the other dealership simply did not compare! I will definitely go to West Town Auto in the future!

This is a good car for a small family in the suburbs. Its not too big but has enough room to carry things. Good gas milage, good on interior space too.
Bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Kolosso Toyota from Isaiah Stewart and couldn???t be more happy. Isaiah along with everybody at the dealership was very helpful and made sure every need/want was met and beyond. I felt so welcome and not at all presumed. The team made sure we left feeling completely happy and sure of our purchase. I will definitely be going back for any future car needs/purchases and recommend this place to anybody looking for a new/used car.

I drove mostly Dodge Caravans until kids grew up and at which point I wanted a change. Now, I get that the CR-V is more of an SUV than minivan, but couldn't help noticing some trade-offs.
There is less leg room that I expected and I don't find it as easy to jump in and out, despite the telescoping wheel. The seat feels a little snug and not very comfortable, although this may be the EXL's leather making it a firm comfort level.
The city fuel economy is most disappointing, I can't seem to be able to get more than 17.5mpg despite all my efforts. The mileage greatly improves on highway though at 33mpg.
I also can't get used to the road noise and bumpy ride. You feel every bump in the road and listening to music on the highway or speaking to someone sitting at the back becomes a challenge that I never had before.
The rear view is also limited and the small backup screen doesn't help much on a rainy night. I almost bumped into my son's car relying on it.
I will try a different car next time, although the CR-V looks cute and appears very reliable, two months into owning it.
I experienced friendly service and good follow from at this dealer. Even though I have not purchased the vehicle yet... I will be back soon.

Maybe I got a lemon, but if you look on Honda CR-V forums you will see others with the same multiple issues that I encountered all within the years I owned the SUV. Here's the list of everything I encountered, this is not in the order the issues happened.
-Fautly Tpms light always going on.
-Grinding noise for 2-3 when starting it in the cold sounded like it had no oil (VTC problem).
-Multiple types of annoying Vibrations while at idle and driving around 20-30mph and sometimes at 50 mph.
- A harmonic hum/wine coming from up front between 40-55 mph would sometimes be heard over the radio.
-Rotors needing to turned or replace every 20,000 miles sometimes less.
- Vehicle seemed to never stay aligned
-Rims leaked from the inside out
-Lug Nuts seemed to not fit right at times.
-Head lights were never bright enough.
-Compass always needed to be recalubated
-Vehicle had a miss or hesitation at times that always needed the computer to be flashed or updated.
There was some more things but I don't want to bore you with them. Honda used to be very dependable but with all this going on I couldn't see owning it when it was going to be out of warranty. Honda has slipped up the past few years, to me it's just another car manufacturer nothing special anymore, very overrated and over priced. I replaced this problematic 2014 CRV with a 2019 Buick Encore which has been a wonderful delight and very underrated by multiple review places. So it you considering a 2012-2014 you better research and make sure you don't go though all the problems I had. Not highly recommend if you don't want to see the service department on a regular basis.
