Hands down the best dealer in the tri-state area???not just of the Mazdas???but of all car dealers! The most friendliest and inviting staff, not a slimy, nor pushy, car slinger in sight! From the sales team, to the managers, all the way through paperwork, it was really one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. And I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan who might be my new favorite person???even outside of car sales! Very knowledgable, informative, and genuinely cares about finding the perfect fit for his customers. (And deserving of so much respect!! Inside joke!) So happy with my new vehicle and will definitely be returning to keep it in tip-top shape or my next vehicle purchase. North Shore Honda honored the TrueCar.com average price for the vehicle we were interested in, despite the fact we did not have the certified report from TrueCar. No haggling. No attempt to persuade us to buy more or different. No high pressure antics to take the car sooner rather than later. The only caveat we would add is that we were buying a Clarity PHEV which qualifies for a New York State rebate at the point of sale. Unbeknownst to us, the TrueCar.com price North Shore Honda honored included the rebate in the net sales price. We thought we would get the rebate AFTER we agreed on a sales price with North Shore Honda. All that being said, the price was still a good one, and North Shore Honda made the entire process as close to painless as possible. We liked that they accepted the down payment and the last few hundred dollars of the purchase price by credit card. Henry Neil was our salesman, and he was endlessly patient, answering all questions with full information and a good sense of humor.

I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!
