I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I bought this site unseen. I talked my brother into looking at the truck and taking it for a test drive. I trust my brother since he knows the owner and I was so far away, he lives in the same small town. Truck drove great, with no isssues. It was in my price range and I needed a 4 wheel drive. Thomas was very nice and Jake was easy to wrk with. No regrets, it will be just fine. TPMS light was on my brother noticed and needed an oil change. All done, all fixed, all good. No biggie. Thomas is down to earth, small town country folk. Just call them and tell them your price range. Needs to work with local banks on financing if you need it though.
Went to Hudiburg Toyota to look at a couple of Camry’s. I was greeted by a guy named Gary Trent. It was a fun and painless experience and i was in and out a couple of hours. I really enjoyed this experience.
My wife and I just bought a 2012 Lincoln MKX from Fowler Honda. I have to say, our salesman, Kenny, was absolutely awesome. He was very helpful throughout our process, informative, and genuinely nice. We are very happy with our purchase so far. The finance portion took quite awhile, but I think that was because there were several people buying cars at the time we were. There was some pressure to buy the extended warranty, but I think that's to be somewhat expected. Overall, we had a good experience. The lounge area to wait in is very comfortable, clean bathrooms, free coke fountain to get drinks while you wait. I really hope this review gets back to Kenny or his manager because he was a pleasure to deal with.
Drove over 3 hours to look at a car that was not as advertised. Lots of body damage, that was not revealed during many conversations with the salesperson. Disappointed. I checked reviews before making the drive, so not what I expected.
Going to Hudiburg Toyota was my first ever car buying experience. Saunny Gamble was so wonderful to work with! He promptly answered questions, even through text messages, he was very knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at, and even made sure I was happy with the vehicle prior to paperwork. Everyone I spoke with on site was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we got to the finance portion of the deal I worked with William Snider. I honestly could not have asked for a better man to work with. The next time I am in need of a car, I will certainly look for these two men!
Jesus was very professional and knowledgeable. I don't like high pressure sales people and he wasn't. He is very laid back and easy going. If he wasn't able to answer our questions he found someone who could.
