When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Just bought a new vehicle from JJ Rogers at Crown Honda. Very honest dealings with us and gave us a great deal. The vehicle was just what we wanted and JJ worked hard to make sure we were well taken care of.
My salesmen was quit pleasant . He addressed all my questions and helped with any concerns. He made the car buying experience not pushy like most...I greatly appreciated all the time he gave me. I would definitely highly the commend all my friends!!!!

Awesome experience. Drove over 200 miles to get there, and it was worth every minute - from emailing with questions, to making an offer. I called and talked with Stephen. Very knowledgeable, tech savy about all the features and systems, and was a straight shooter. I sent pictures of my vehicle and negotiated everything over the phone. Showed up at the dealership and signed my paperwork and was out the door in about an hour. Leon was great too. Smooth transition through all the paperwork. Really like this dealership.

CarMax treats customers as they should be when they are purchasing a car. They do not pressure you and offer great services. They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! I will recommend this facility to any and everybody!

I was looking for a new car, since I had just totaled my car my parents got me for my 16th birthday, the person helping me with my purchase of a new vehicle was Meagan Stanley. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service I was given. Amanda was a Awesome adviser . I felt like she really cared about our concerns and was very open about ways we could finance.

I had a wonderful experience with Cox Toyota. Justin Dunn was incredibly helpful with everything I needed. And trust me I was very needy! I added leather seats and remote start, they also had to locate me a vehicle and bring it in. Brian Kirkman was also very helpful. He helped me understand all the bells and whistles of my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I would recommend to anyone. If you’re thinking about Rice Toyota stop and think again. Cox is the place to buy.
Stopped by Flow Honda to look at a 2012 used car. I really liked their no haggle price policy. I also liked the 100 K car warranty , free maintenance for 2 years , and if you change your mind about the car , you have three days to bring it back and they will cancel the sales contract. Really nice people too.
