I really, really liked the no-haggle car shopping experience at Planet Honda. I've gone through the high-pressure sales pitch thing before at other places, and it is not for me. Instead, at Planet Honda we had a very helpful and knowledgeable representative (thanks, Brian D.!) who was extremely patient with us as we tried to decide between used and new, different models, and so on. Brian went out of his way to help us find the right car that fit our needs and budget. This was the best car-shopping experience I've had - no pressure, just helpful, excellent customer service.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. Other dealers were playing the same old deception games. Great job Zach and Groove Toyota in South Denver!
We bought our car through Delmar at this dealership and afterwards kept talking about how pleasant the whole process was. Delmar knew detailed info on the vehicles we were interested in and had a good sense of humor as well. Also appreciated the quick, no-nonsense pricing options at the end of the day. Overall would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone interested

Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.
The best car buying experience I have ever had hands down. I will never buy a car anywhere else! Great environment, everyone was friendly and an extremely fast process. Drew Phillips was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process enjoyable! Thanks to everyone involved!

Bryce Kitchen was the best sales representative that I've dealt with in purchase of my last five Honda's. He explained everything in layman's language and ask several times if we had any questions. The facility was super clean and wonderful waiting area.
Very easy sales process; very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson (Taylor Asch). Environment conducive to comfortable sales; brought our kids for the test drive, and they liked the snacks and playroom. Liked the Black Friday offers and no dealer fees.
I always have excellent customer service, as well as maintenance of my car. All employees are helpful and professional. They even compensated me with a credit for waiting an unexpected amount of time. I didn’t even have to complain! All around I recommend this Honda service center for their excellent customer service and awesome work they do for maintenance.
Sean made my car buying process easy and straight forward. I was never pushed into buying more than I wanted, and was able to get my desired vehicle with a monthly payment I can afford. This was my 3rd car buying experience with Schomp and it will not be my last.

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
