A bit bumpy at first, but smooth ride after!

I won't lie, I had a bit of a rough start with Gates Honda, as there was a typo on the website that through things into a bit of a disarray and the sales manager was a bit rude about it, but after concluding my initial call to express interest in purchasing a vehicle, he called back and apologized, and the GM himself made it right. We came in to purchase the vehicle, and the GM, Lance, was very personable and friendly. They made us a great deal.
We worked with Kimberly primarily. They took the car through service and cleaned it up and even topped off the gas tank. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I realized the key wasn't physically turning the lock in the door (it was a used vehicle and the lock pin seems to have been disconnected internally in the door). I called and spoke to Ra'Shaun who sent someone down to pickup the vehicle and take it to service and fix it and bring it back. That was very convenient for me, as I couldn't afford to take time off of work, and we live a decent piece away from the dealership.
While driving the loaner vehicle, I realized my vehicle was missing a very important part... the center console cup holder. Hey, that is very important. ;) I called back to inquire about where to purchase these and talked to Kimberly who said it should have been there but as the car was used, it likely had been missing. She referred me to Justin in Parts. Justin was awesome. He offered to order them and was going to cut me a great price, but I'd have to pick them up as they don't ship out from the dealership. Once again, living a decent amount away from the dealership, I started to decline, then Justin told me to grab the ones from the loaner and he'd replace the ones in it instead. That was so helpful, as I'd already been scouring the internet in search of replacement cup holders, and unless ordering from Honda, they seem to be scarce out there.
My car has been a great purchase and it is in fantastic condition and drives wonderfully. I have no doubt that it will last me well for years to come. I appreciate Gates Honda's commitment to sales and service and their every effort to make things right. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
