the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.

I’ve only owned it a few weeks but it’s great. It’s honda so I know it’s reliable but I haven’t needed to test it. It’s got awd which is great come winter time. Only thing I wish I could have added was a auto start. I’m 6’1 and the seats have good spacing up front and it’s a good height to get in and out of. I fit okay in the back but wouldn’t wanna be there for a long road trip unless stopping and switching would be an option. The seats fold down and there is tons of space for a lot of stuff. Heated seats are a plus. I’m very happy with the purchase so far.
This car is great. Put a good set of tires on it, and it is a very good all season vehicle. It is comfortable to drive for hours and averages 34 mpg. on the highway. It currently has 40,000 miles on it and has never needed to go back to the dealer for anything.
Leon was amazing! He really helped me pick out a car that I would love. He’s truly an expert. I would definitely recommend a friend.

This car runs great and has great gas mileage. It is roomy front and back. It has 2 USB ports so i dont need cd's anymore piling in my car. I love the LED headlights and fog lights its very helpful to see better in bad weather. Parking is never an issue since it fits in any stall. Trunk is spacious for shopping and travel.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
OK Gary was yhe best because he listened to me and found exactly the words, the patience and the car I needed. I don't find more words because I don't speak a very good english

We were shocked by the economy we got from this Honda CR V LX. We were getting nearly 34 miles to the gallon. And the car tracked really well in the snow and rain. GREAT engineering job! Really like this car!!!

I have known the service manager for many years and he is one of the best I've had the pleasure to deal with in my 55 years of owning and driving cars. I purchased the extended warranty on the Impala knowing with confidence that the warranty would be honored.

We have only owned the car for a few months, but so far are very happy with it.
Very comfortable, nice ride, and fuel economy is better that expected for an SUV. This is our third Honda- the previous ones reached 219,000 and 247,000 miles, so we hope and expect to have this one for quite some time.
The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
Very reliable car.

This car meets all my needs. With regular upkeep I've had 3 years of no problems. What more could you want? Overall very satisfied and will buy another Honda.

We liked it right from the first view. The test drive showed us that this car handles well and is a comfortable ride. We had read many complaints about cabin noise, but that wasn't an issue for us at all. I am really satisfied with this car for my wife's daily commute.
I had another in a long line of outstanding service appointments, thanks to Mr. Cleon Skinner. He takes great care of me and my vehicle, and I always leave feeling well taken care of and that I got great value. He is courteous, attentive and absolutely professional. Thank you, Cleon! The price fell within my budget, it is a nice looking vehicle, and I love sitting up high while on the road. A better view!
My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good
