Whilst car salesmen and dealerships don't generally inspire feelings of trust or good customer experience, Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI are a stand-out enterprise that well and truly kicks that trend. After visiting several different car dealerships in Rhode Island it was extremely refreshing to find one that wasn't trying to hard-sell every unnecessary gizmo available and/or extract every bit of private/personal detail just to get a simple quote. The salesman we dealt with (a Mr. David Fontaine) was thoroughly professional and he actually listened to what we wanted which certainly isn't a common trait in other dealerships we visited. Communications throughout the whole process were highly satisfactory, the staff were always friendly and attentive and the leasing sale was punctual and deftly handled.
I have no complaints about Saccucci Honda and wish them all a Happy Christmas and a great New Year for 2019
I bought a slightly used Honda HRV and I love it. Ara was nice to me the whole time and very helpful even though he was a newer employee. The managers and service department were very helpful as well and Alex the delivery guy was super friendly and helpful too. Ask for Ara next time you???re here!!!
We recently purchased a vehicle at Herb Chambers Seekonk for the first time. It was a great experience at this nice looking dealership. The staff were friendly. Bruce Reis, our sales consultant, was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered every one of our questions in detail and made the purchase smooth and easy. He followed up after the purchase to make sure that everything was satisfactory on our side. We truly enjoyed the customer service from Bruce. Our service coordinator Kevin was also very friendly and patiently helped us set up all the features of our car.
I recently made an appointment at Speedcraft Acura to have my passenger air bag replaced. Overall, my experience was top notch. I will definitely be back for future service or to purchase my next vehicle.
A new car test drive for a Mitsubishi Outlander Hybrid was set up online. The New London dealer,busy at the time we arrived, was quick and efficient in getting us processed and in the test vehicle within about 15 minutes. The Experience was very positive and we left with a very competitive price quote.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.
Outstanding dealership! Very nice people to work with and a very nice selection of almost new cars & trucks! My Son and I stopped by this past weekend to look at a few trucks, we are staring our search and soon ended our search with Sandy Motors! Thanks!
