Brock and his entire staff were amazing! They welcomed questions and were able to answer all of them. Brock and I reviewed the available RAV4s and then reviews the carfax of the one I was interested in. We discussed price and trade in value w/o the least bit of pressure. It was a discussion compared to a huge dealer I was at earlier in the day where I felt like I was held prisoner until I bought a car. With Brock and staff it was an enjoyable experience!
Vey attentive staff & they all work so well together as a team. Riley was amazing & so patient with me as I spent 2 hours test driving several Honda Civics till I found just the right one for me. She was more than willing to answer all my questions. She even texted me the next day to follow up on a slow leak in a tire. She told me to bring the car back the next day & they would put a new one on. That's awesome customer service! I did a lot of looking to make sure I got the best value & high quality vehicle. They have best prices & even got my interest rate down from the 4.24% my credit union gave to 3.99% & still had the loan with my credit union. Their service & attention to the customer is unbeatable!!

I am from Colorado and worked with Riley through text. I put a lot of trust into her telling me about the Passat I bought it without taking it for a test drive. She answered every question I had and even answered after hours and on Sunday. She was great and Brock was fast with the paperwork. Will check with them again when I need another vehicle!
Ask for Riley and you don't actually have to be afraid of their "Sales Manager" Brock is a really good dude, totally honest and straight forward. I've worked in this God-awful car business before and Drive Auto Sales is the exception to the rule. Just save yourself a lot of time and stress and just shop here and buy your car here. We got a great deal and I now have a really happy daughter!
As my husband and I have been working towards getting a car for our new family, I was incredibly impressed with the two people I worked with, Mat Bishop, and Mat Spencer. They were patient with me. A good or bad experience with any business a lot of times depends on how well prepped you are for the transaction. Given I do doc prep / review for a living and was thoroughly prepared for anything they might need, I did not have a negative experience with LHM. All Sales /Financing / Service Contracts were honored and I am happy with my purchase. If you do decide to purchase there have your employment history, pay history, references, LOEs and anything else they might need ready before you decide on a vehicle. Keep a log of all correspondences for reference and go with the flow. If you do that, your experience with LHM I believe will be hassle free and you'll walk out of there with the vehicle of your choosing.
