Everything was good they made me feel as if I had more options than other dealers I went too in the last month. Also I didn't feel as if I was just being sold a car. Or them just wanting the money from me . The time was made for me to feel satisfied .
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I had a great and professional salesperson name Thomas Robinson. Due to my crazy schedule, he was very accommodating. We communicated primarily by email. I told him the car I was looking for and he listened closely and had one delivered to the dealership.

Joe Camilleri was excellent! He was very helpful, understanding, and professional. He did not "push" me or pressure me in any way. I appreciated that. He was low-key, yet answered all my questions and allowed me to look and experience at my own rate
He even called me up a couple days later to see if I wanted to come in to get help on anything.
When I did come in, he patiently helped me with mu questions.
My only concern about Mr. Camilleri is that I am not really sure how big of a Notre Dame fan he is...he certainly knows how much I love the Irish!

It was my first time buying a car and overall, the experience was great! I wanted a specific car model and the dealer was so friendly and informative. If I ever need another car in the future, I know who to go to!
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
I had an appt. I arrived early, but it took a longgggg time. Jason and mike in service were awesome, very attentive. And helpful. My car was very dirty in back when I left, I thought they wash it with service?
James helped us buy my husband a 2017 Honda Accord on very short notice after his old car was hit and totaled. We showed up after a long day of car hunting about 15 minutes before they closed (which would normally frustrate an employee trying to get home at the end of the day), but James was very kind and accommodating and took the time to show us each vehicle we were interested in. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience at Page Honda!
I looked at several different dealers within about 50 miles of Ann Arbor. Germain was the first one I went to and they set a high standard to follow in terms of selection and customer service, and their prices are competitive (I know that sounds like a generic bot comment, but it’s true). After test driving many compact SUVs I ultimately came back to purchase the first CR-V I drove at Germain. I loved working with Luis. He got me a purchase price within my budget (for a vehicle with fewer miles than I expected) and negotiated an APR that I’m very happy with. I will highly recommend Germain and Luis to anyone I know looking for a car.
