Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
Russell and Smith has given me great customer service since the first day I walked in looking at cars two years ago. They take care of their customers who are just walking in or who have made an appointment and the wait time is always reasonable. Beat dealership in Houston

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I was there during my lunch for some repairs to get done. I was supposed to get a rental car and it took me almost 2 hrs to get one. I was very very upset, but thanks to the sales manager Ammar Sheikh that saw my frustration on my face, he was the only one that seems to be concerned about my issue. I try to talk to the service manager, but he said that he was too busy to talk to me. That was very rude of him to say that, when I know that he was not busy at all. I just wanted to say that you should have more friendly staff like Ammar Sheikh working there in your company. Also, Mr. Rene was very nice to me.

Service was wonderful and quick and I was kept informed of all that was done. Darnell quickly took care of everything I requested to be done, checked for all additional needed maintenance and notified me of the cost. Very happy with his assistance and the dealership
They provided me with personalized purchase experience. Their prices are no-haggle but their vehicles are very clean. You deal with the same person start to finish, no hand-offs to different people. Small, family owned operation. Felt good buying a car from these guys.
I gave a lot of "averages", but expected a lot more from Volvo. When the sticker price is $63k. These folks can't hold a candle to a luxury dealership. I wrote a super lengthy review to Volvo. I purchased a new 2016 VW from them, vowing never to darken their doors again, but.....got sucked in to a 22% off MSRP deal that I couldn't pass up on a 2017 S90 loaner. In both instances the sales people were great. In both instances it went downhill from there; delivery, make ready, promises made, promises broken over and over. If you have to buy from them, ask for Reid on the VW side, and Chris on the Volvo side, but be prepared for subpar service after the sale.
From the time I walked in I was treated like a celebrity. Jordan Martinez was my salesman, I was in and out within 2hrs. The process was very easy. This is the 2nd car I have purchased.
