I usually don't write these reviews, but I figured I should seeing my car buying experience today at Grieco was top notch. I was connected with Mike who greeted me in the lobby. He connected me to Dennis who from start to finish was the first time in my car buying life I didn't feel like I was getting the run around from a car salesmen. He worked the numbers for me and a few hours later I bought my 2018 Civic. The best part of this was while Juan (Finance Manager) was working on putting together all the paperwork Dennis stayed with me and we talked about golf and Honda's. He actually had another customer walk in and I told him he didn't need to wait with me but he insisted he stay until Juan was ready to see me. By far the best salesman I have ever dealt with.He treated me like we had known each for years and that goes a long way in my book. I went to other Honda dealerships in the area and Grieco by far is the best trust me.I plan on buying my car's from Grieco from here on out!
I bought a slightly used Honda HRV and I love it. Ara was nice to me the whole time and very helpful even though he was a newer employee. The managers and service department were very helpful as well and Alex the delivery guy was super friendly and helpful too. Ask for Ara next time you???re here!!!
A new car test drive for a Mitsubishi Outlander Hybrid was set up online. The New London dealer,busy at the time we arrived, was quick and efficient in getting us processed and in the test vehicle within about 15 minutes. The Experience was very positive and we left with a very competitive price quote.
Whilst car salesmen and dealerships don't generally inspire feelings of trust or good customer experience, Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI are a stand-out enterprise that well and truly kicks that trend. After visiting several different car dealerships in Rhode Island it was extremely refreshing to find one that wasn't trying to hard-sell every unnecessary gizmo available and/or extract every bit of private/personal detail just to get a simple quote. The salesman we dealt with (a Mr. David Fontaine) was thoroughly professional and he actually listened to what we wanted which certainly isn't a common trait in other dealerships we visited. Communications throughout the whole process were highly satisfactory, the staff were always friendly and attentive and the leasing sale was punctual and deftly handled.
I have no complaints about Saccucci Honda and wish them all a Happy Christmas and a great New Year for 2019
When I first was looking for a car, I called Majestic Honda and spoke directly to Katrina Balunas. After answering questions, she directed me to a salesperson. She followed up on my questions and helped me feel like it was a team effort to treat me in a quality way in the car purchase process. Had I not dealt with her in the beginning, I'm not sure a car purchase (2015 Honda Accord EX-L) would have happened.
Tabitha was awesome! She found me the perfect car for my situation in less than 10 mins! And was also so kind and patient with my antsy four year old! She also kept me updated through text the entire waiting process :-) Im absolutely in love with my car and loved all the staff at Honda!
We have been looking for weeks and were considering if there was an SUV out there within our budget. We had just left another dealership and decided to head over to Siko Honda as a last resort. We saw a 2015 Kia Sportage online and came in for a test drive. The facility was clean and the SUV looked great but we were not feeling the first salesman or the price. We were ready to walk out the door until we met Emilio!
Emilio took his time and answered all of our questions even though they were closing. My wife was not content with the first test drive, so so we took it for another test drive when we came back two days later to close the deal. I appreciate Emilio being honest and straight up with us for that is rare! If we had not ran into him, we would have not bought the car!
I had a great experience at Silko Honda. If you go there, ask for Emilio Silva. He is knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. I’m not the easiest customer to deal with when I’m trying to buy a new vehicle and Emilio dealt with me in a professional and friendly manner. He kept working for me until I got a deal that I felt comfortable with. Excellent job Emilio!!
Purchased a new 2018 CRV EX. I never write reviews but these guys deserve one. Stan Ennis our salesman was more than patient in answering our endless amount of questions. Did not even bat an eye when I refused to give him my credit card to prove I was serious. He did come back with the price I asked for and I purchased the CRV. Then my fear turned to the finance guy. You know how it goes. You head into that office and they try to sell you all kinds of other stuff. To my surprise that did not happen. Stacy was absolutely awesome in completing all the paper work explaining in detail the warranty information. I found purchasing this CRV from Silko to be top notch, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. If there service department is as good as the sales department I cannot seeing buying another car anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys!
If this had been my first purchase of a car I would have grossly overpaid. Salesman was kind and respectful, however, I was getting all kinds of graphs and printouts of why my price was unreasonable. I did pay what I asked for not originally though. As soon as I paid for the car I had to go back twice to get the car. It seemed that I went to the bottom of the pile once they had my money.
