This is a quite comfortable SUV, with good back support. As a retiree, I get about 28 mpg and drive about 6000 miles a year, mostly in my suburban neighborhood. I am surprised with the excellent pick-up for this 4 cyl. car. The rear seats fold down easily, so that both my mine and my wife's golf carts and clubs fit in the rear of the SUV.
My only complaints are:
>needs better sound-proofing from road noise.
>info-tainment center is not user-friendly

Plenty of leg room, enough oomph and feels secure. Acceptable mileage, not too fancy with regards to features, but enough. Missing volume knob is a down side
They made the process of buying my new vehicle a very easy one and an enjoyable experience entered any and all of my questions and concerns overall a very pleasant experience

The CRV for 2016 , is last year before was redesigned a bit larger, and alot more complicated. I wanted older style, which i think looks alot better, and beats Forester in comfort, interior quality, and safety ! I was able to find one on CARS.COM with only 12,000 miles on it, and it was Honda Certified (better warranty than a new car ! )
This is not my first purchase from White Allen,however this was our first Honda purchase. The salesman was very professional and spent quite a bit of time going over the features of the CVR. The buying process was one of my best,started out with the internet contact for pricing and he was a staight shooter on pricing. Set us up a appontiment right away for the next evening. As always I was expecting the price to not be what I had been told. Not at all even gave us about another $50 off. After looking and driving the CRV my wife decided that she liked it but not the color we had been looking at. No problem White Allen had another unit from another dealer within a day and had it ready with options on within two days from the first time we were there.
Highy recommend White Allen!!
This was a great experience for me! Randy Reed was so attentive and made me feel like a valued customer. He showed me all the car features and was patient with all my questions. The Sales Manager greeted me and offered to also help me through the car purchase. At no time did I feel pressured.

Service for this 2018 Accord recall was fast and efficient. The only thing I would have liked is for the technician to use a paper floormat at the driver seat while servicing the car so that there would have been no dirt on the carpet when servicing was complete.
Working with Tony and Jeff was a wonderful experience. I was very comfortable and felt like I was sitting there with a friend. They treated me like a person and not just a potential sale. I have never felt so satisfied after buying a car. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

This car meets all my needs I would definitely recommend this car I have owned 3 so far and each one is awesome yes I would do it again
After purchasing a new car we also added the protective coating inside and out. Looking at the car in daylight the next day we saw that the inside job was not done right. We took it back once and we thought it was corrected until we lifted up the seats and also noticed other areas that were not fixed. On bringing the car back for a second shot at fixing and since our original salesman was not there Baroque stepped up to the plate and really oversaw that it was done right this time. We were there for 5 hours and he kept checking in with us and the service dept. to make sure that it was done correctly. It was great to know that the whole sales dept.works as a team so that our problem was taken care of correctly. Thanks again Baroque!
Past two vehicles I owned were Honda.

The car met all my needs. The dealer, Ray, was very helpful. I would recommend him to friends. I would purchase another Honda CRV. There is a small cracked with front windshield but Ray is scheduling an appointment for me. There's also a scratched below the tail light. Would like to have that replaced.

I would first like to say the Customer Service Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan over all is excellent. Samir Abuyaghi did an excellent job of selling me a " Aspen White Sentra SR". He is a very experienced Sales person. I would also like to comment on the young man ( I can not make out his signature) in the Finance office who did an excellent job in financing my car. I have had a Nissan for many years. I have used the current Nissan dealers and service since I moved to Cincinnati in 1996. There may have been a change in dealers along the way.
Strongly recommend Kings Honda. Have leased, bought and serviced many cars from Kings Honda. We love how they try to please the customer. From Andy French the GM to Trish Woodward the salesperson who spent many hours with us to Dustin who took the time to call my wife the day after we leased we again are thrilled with our experience.
Purchased new CRX LX, my sales representative was Rob Larson. He was the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with, that noted, I have purchased many cars thru the years and know the difference between strong and weak, Rob was caring, intuitive, and kind. I received the price I wanted, Honda rate and term.
William Lyles was very patient and helpful and has very good people skill. And very knowledgeable about the product.
His most important thing was that I was satisfy with the car that I had chosen. I would recommend William Lyles to a friend>
The whole experience at this dealership was great! I was contacted quickly when I inquired about the car I was interested in. Arrived to test drive the vehicle which was waiting for me already warmed up. Sat down with the salesperson, Andreas, to discuss how I wanted to handle this purchase. Andreas got everything set up, so when I came back to pick up my new car, the process was very simple and took less than 1 hour.

Went into the dealership not sure exactly what I was wanting. After a brief conversation with Eric and telling him what I needed, he pulled up a new Accord. I test drove it and loved it! He explained all of the safety features and that sealed the deal. I didn't buy that day, but I went home and checked some pricing and he was the lowest price already. It's nice having someone not beat around the bush and take excellent care of you! I came back and bought the next week! Thank you so much Eric!

I love the three settings for my backup camera especially when I'm pulling boat, trailer, or I have on my trailer hitch a basket full of my tackle, supplies for camping or fish that I've caught on a day of fishing... Peppy-good gas mileage vehicle, dual climate, heated seats,moonroof, large screen for xm-radio, camera, blind spot camera,etc
I really enjoyed my experience with Performance Honda Fairfield. Our sales person Devin was amazing! She made the intimidating, stressful experience of car buying comfortable, fun and exciting. Although we arrived at the dealership an hour & 1/2 before closing Devin took her time to show us what we requested, explain the vehicle & options and answer all of our questions. We left there feeling good about the car we purchased & the deal we received. Also, the follow up from Devin & the dealership was really nice. I would highly recommend Performance Honda Fairfield & absolutely ask for Devin. You won???t be disappointed.
