great customer service Inv. # 499231. BUT!

The service & repairs were great, & Darrius was great at the start, But fail in the follow up, I am from out of state now but was born and raised in chicago, same neighborhood that your dealer ship is in If you ck Inv. # 499231 you will see that I had new tires & a new battery installed + other items while I was in Chicago, But after 3 tries to have Darrius email me or mail me the tire & battery warranty, I feel that he is deliberately ignoring this request, also he told me that the dignostic charge ($78.14) would be wave if I purchase the battery there, it was not waved, I do believe that he might figure that we are from out of state, and that we don't count. He would be mistaken we have a heavy present's in chicago, family not to say our grown children. I am not concern about the $78.14, if he needs it he's most welcome to it I can afford it, But I would like to have the warranties. so that I can have the proper maintance done at the prescribed time it calls for, The service & people were great Sorry about this other problem that put me off. inv. 499231
