Great customer service! Pleasant environment and friendly people. All service options were explained to me in detail by Marshall. This made my decision much easier. A dealer is only as good as its service dept.

This vehicle has lots of room & presents a simplicity for all my needs. It also has a beauty about it that shines just like a high-end vehicle.
Went well. Were prompt and effective in getting car in. Courteous service. Also followed up on previous repair (checked rear suspension). Do consistently good job.
The only thing I regret is not buying one over 20

I love the three settings for my backup camera especially when I'm pulling boat, trailer, or I have on my trailer hitch a basket full of my tackle, supplies for camping or fish that I've caught on a day of fishing... Peppy-good gas mileage vehicle, dual climate, heated seats,moonroof, large screen for xm-radio, camera, blind spot camera,etc
Overall experience was great. Thanks Indy honda for taking care of my car. Kevin was great helping me through the entire service process. Prices were bit hight for me but quality of service is good at Honda.

Plenty of leg room, enough oomph and feels secure. Acceptable mileage, not too fancy with regards to features, but enough. Missing volume knob is a down side
Salesperson was very knowledgeable, personable, and low pressure. This made for a very fun, relaxing experience. He explained the features on the car very thoroughly. He felt like a friend when I left!
Hank and Tom went above and beyond to find us what we wanted. Tom made the process easy and even stayed late to make sure everything was completed.
Past two vehicles I owned were Honda.

The car met all my needs. The dealer, Ray, was very helpful. I would recommend him to friends. I would purchase another Honda CRV. There is a small cracked with front windshield but Ray is scheduling an appointment for me. There's also a scratched below the tail light. Would like to have that replaced.
I was very nervous about going to a dealership to buy a car because of all the horror stories I have heard about high pressure sales tactics. I can honestly say that Michael at Ed Martin Nissan stuck by me through the entire process. I never felt pressured or made to feel silly for asking so many questions. I will highly recommend Ed Martin to all my friends.
Quick, answered all questions, explored wants/needs, took good care of me. Ron was awesome, he had 3 deals going on at the same time but checked in with me and knew I had limited time. He got me in and out of the whole transaction in about an hour.
Bralen was great to work with on my recent purchase. He definitely earned my business in the future. I???d recommend him to all my friends for sure.

This is a quite comfortable SUV, with good back support. As a retiree, I get about 28 mpg and drive about 6000 miles a year, mostly in my suburban neighborhood. I am surprised with the excellent pick-up for this 4 cyl. car. The rear seats fold down easily, so that both my mine and my wife's golf carts and clubs fit in the rear of the SUV.
My only complaints are:
>needs better sound-proofing from road noise.
>info-tainment center is not user-friendly
Jack Harrell and the Service Team were amazing, Helpful and very Courteous to me throughout my service experience. They assisted me with my appointment and replacing my windshield wiper blades.
CR V is one great Honda

The CRV for 2016 , is last year before was redesigned a bit larger, and alot more complicated. I wanted older style, which i think looks alot better, and beats Forester in comfort, interior quality, and safety ! I was able to find one on CARS.COM with only 12,000 miles on it, and it was Honda Certified (better warranty than a new car ! )
This was my second time buying a car at Honda Fishers. I not only came back because I love Honda cars but also for the great customer service that I received from, Rick. Both of my cars that I have purchased have been from him. He is straight forward and will tell you the truth about the cars there. I trust him as my car salesman which speaks volumes on the type of guy he is. He made the process easy and painless both times I’ve purchased a car. I have no doubt that I will be back to purchase another vehicle from not only this facility but also from Rick.
Nice Car, Road Noise is High

Our 6th Honda vehicle. Road noise is louder on the CRV then the Other Hondas we owned. Dependability is good so far. Fairly comfortable. Not much room in the rear
Been looking for a new car for several months and talked to many dealers but just couldn’t quite make a decision. Had a few conversations with Eric at Honda of Fishers.
