We recently bought a brand new vehicle from Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi in Kingsport Tennessee. Originally we were looking for a used family vehicle we stopped at Toyota of Kingsport and they treated us awful. They were not helpful or friendly at all. My husband said let???s try one more place and that place was Wallace. Our salesman???s name was George Barton he was very kind and helpful and he got us into a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander for only $50 more a month than we were paying for our old 2007 van! Plus we have an awesome warranty. Thank you so much George and Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi😊

This car meets all my needs I would definitely recommend this car I have owned 3 so far and each one is awesome yes I would do it again
I was unsure of the Colorado, but soon realized this was the vehicle for me. Doyle was there when I needed the assistance from the moment we shook hands to when I drove off the Bill Gatton lot with my newly purchased truck! It was great deal and the service was spot on aside from the knowledge of vehicles; Doyle feels like that buddy that'll piggyback you to the end. Overall highly satisfied with this place and will return for my next vehicle.

This is a quite comfortable SUV, with good back support. As a retiree, I get about 28 mpg and drive about 6000 miles a year, mostly in my suburban neighborhood. I am surprised with the excellent pick-up for this 4 cyl. car. The rear seats fold down easily, so that both my mine and my wife's golf carts and clubs fit in the rear of the SUV.
My only complaints are:
>needs better sound-proofing from road noise.
>info-tainment center is not user-friendly
The service staff at TriCities Nissan always go out of their way to make sure I get the best deal possible. I have never felt like they were trying to sell something I didn't need.
The only thing I regret is not buying one over 20

I love the three settings for my backup camera especially when I'm pulling boat, trailer, or I have on my trailer hitch a basket full of my tackle, supplies for camping or fish that I've caught on a day of fishing... Peppy-good gas mileage vehicle, dual climate, heated seats,moonroof, large screen for xm-radio, camera, blind spot camera,etc
I bought my new Forester at Wallace in Johnson City and Scott Bermingham did a great job and made it easy. Ask for him if you need a new car.

The CRV for 2016 , is last year before was redesigned a bit larger, and alot more complicated. I wanted older style, which i think looks alot better, and beats Forester in comfort, interior quality, and safety ! I was able to find one on CARS.COM with only 12,000 miles on it, and it was Honda Certified (better warranty than a new car ! )
Let me start by saying I drove 4 hours from Ashland,Ky. Dealerships back home were pushy,ride, and didn't want to work with you negotiating prices or helping you get where you needed to be with a budget. The entire experience of finding my car and working out a deal for it And trading my car in was like a dream. The entire staff was upbeat, respectful and just great. It was such a pleasure working with them and I looked forward to meeting everyone when I picked up my car. Hands down best buying experience I have had.
Past two vehicles I owned were Honda.

The car met all my needs. The dealer, Ray, was very helpful. I would recommend him to friends. I would purchase another Honda CRV. There is a small cracked with front windshield but Ray is scheduling an appointment for me. There's also a scratched below the tail light. Would like to have that replaced.
I bought my wife's Dodge Van from this dealership about a year ago and it included a maintenance package. I have been coming back for the required oil changes and now look forward to the maintenance agreement on my OTHER car to expire so I can start bringing it to JC Honda!!! The service has been great...friendly and quick. They don't try to add extras (ie cabin air filters) and don't do things just because I ask for them! For example, asked for oil change and tire rotation...they checked and recommended rotate on next visit. The waiting area is truly geared for customer satisfaction...internet w/ privacy seating, soft-serve ice cream, bottled water, fresh coffee, new newspapers, etc, etc. Plus a separate area for kids with age appropriate seating and TV! Finally a dealership I can trust. Did I mention they also wash your vehicle after they finish the maintenance? WOW

Our 6th Honda vehicle. Road noise is louder on the CRV then the Other Hondas we owned. Dependability is good so far. Fairly comfortable. Not much room in the rear
I came in for an oil change on my Acura RDX. My previous oil change had been at another Honda dealership (I only use Honda for my oil changes) who stripped my oil plug. The other dealership would not own the responsibility and told me that that would just eventually happen. When I told them that Johnson CIty said that it would not have happened had they changed the washer, they paid for the repair. Johnson City stood by me with the other dealership and ensured that I was taken care of.
I have purchased my last two vehicle's from Johnson City Honda and I have been dealing with their service department for 6 years. I have always had a great service experience at Johnson City Honda. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Service quality is top notch. I highly recommend Johnson City Honda to anyone that is looking to buy, trade, or in need of top quality service.
I went on my lunch break with a dead battery....had to have someone jump start it so I could drive to the dealership. I explained I was on my lunch break and they had my new battery installed in about 15 minutes. Fabulous service!
Brought car in to service department for routine tire rotation. Paul Applebaum was service advisor and was friendly and professional. Very efficient in the checking in process and checking out after the service was completed. Service did not take long but was able to enjoy the customer lounge and friendly staff inside. I will be back!
