Everything was good they made me feel as if I had more options than other dealers I went too in the last month. Also I didn't feel as if I was just being sold a car. Or them just wanting the money from me . The time was made for me to feel satisfied .
I looked at several different dealers within about 50 miles of Ann Arbor. Germain was the first one I went to and they set a high standard to follow in terms of selection and customer service, and their prices are competitive (I know that sounds like a generic bot comment, but it’s true). After test driving many compact SUVs I ultimately came back to purchase the first CR-V I drove at Germain. I loved working with Luis. He got me a purchase price within my budget (for a vehicle with fewer miles than I expected) and negotiated an APR that I’m very happy with. I will highly recommend Germain and Luis to anyone I know looking for a car.
We came in to test drive a CRV - that's it. Have had other experiences where sales people tried to get us into different cars, etc. but we knew what we wanted to test drive and we were able to do just that. No pressure, just test drive. Appreciated that service.
My husband was driving to a doctor appointment when his Honda Accord broke down. I brought him my car and I stayed to wait for the tow truck. I contacted the Honda dealer to ask them if I could have it towed there for repairs. I was very fortunate to speak with Warren. Once I arrived to the Honda dealer, in the tow truck, I asked if they would be able to drive me home. Warren said...we will give you a loaner. The loaner was ready within 10 minutes and I was on my way. My husband and I thought the repairs were going to be at least $1,000 +; however, within 24 hours, our car was ready for pickup, and the cost was just a little over $400.00. Thank you Warren! Thank you Victory Honda!
The used car I purchased was a good find. However the offer for my trade in was significantly lower than its value, which the salesman even acknowledged. A week later, my trade in sold for $4000 more than I was given. I will not trust this dealership's word again.
I went to this dealership to check out a specific car I saw in their inventory. I talked to Robert Kimberly, who showed us other cars and offered me a deal on a new 2016 model. The car I was interested in was there, but the color was not as stated. I had certain specs in mind and although they had a couple coupes, they didn't have any I wanted. They offered me a deal on a 2016 coupe, but it wasn't enough off for an almost two year old model to be interesting to me. The salesman was very helpful however.

Jeff was very professional, yet fun and relaxed. He was a good listener, and actually remembered what I would communicate to him, unlike nearly every dealership I've been dealing with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEFF REICHEL.
We agreed to buy buy a new 2017 Honda for the lowest price we could find. The next day they said the car was no longer available so they gave us the identical 2018 car for the same price. They were kind, worked with us and definitely deserve your consideration.
I called nearly every Honda dealer in Michigan looking for a fair deal on a 2017 Ridgeline. Lafontaine responded promptly, listened to what I was looking for, found it in the color I wanted, and worked out a price no other dealer could match. Worth driving from Lansing to Dearborn for that kind of service.
