Brought in my newly purchased 2017 Prius (DeLuca Vehicle was demo but purchased at another site) for regular service. Additionally inquired about an extended warranty. I was assisted by Brie Cohen in Service and Adam Phelps in the Finance Department. Brie was excellent, explained what was covered under the 24M mile warranty and told me that I was covered at no cost for what I was doing that day. I was pleasantly surprised as I had expected to pay for service. She then did a hand off to Adam for the warranty (giving me a tour of the facility on the way). Afterwards, when my car was ready she went with me to the car and showed me some things since the car did not come with a owners manual. In addition, Adam made the warranty process effortless, explaining all my options and coverage's. I purchased an extended warranty and maintenance plan. I had every intention to buy that day and never felt pressured. Adam was pleasant to work with, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. All in all, a great customer experience.
We were welcomed by several people when we arrived at the dealership. Ours salesperson, Frank, gave us his undivided attention from the time we met until we drove away in our new accord. We asked him to take us on test drives in the Civic and the Accord and he was very happy to do this. He answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Frank without reservation.
The only thing I regret is not buying one over 20

I love the three settings for my backup camera especially when I'm pulling boat, trailer, or I have on my trailer hitch a basket full of my tackle, supplies for camping or fish that I've caught on a day of fishing... Peppy-good gas mileage vehicle, dual climate, heated seats,moonroof, large screen for xm-radio, camera, blind spot camera,etc
wow what excellent experience I had in there it was awesome and amazing the professionalism the way they receive u attend u and after the purchase the greeting plus all the packages of service available for the customers

Plenty of leg room, enough oomph and feels secure. Acceptable mileage, not too fancy with regards to features, but enough. Missing volume knob is a down side
we spoke with Rick Carpenter - we discovered on our last visit that he was from our hometown in Ohio- he referred us to Ted Shupe. Lucky us, Ted is the best. We have leased our last 5 cars from Honda! Honda is a very reliable car. WE are more than satisfied with the car and Ted. Ted went over everything and made sure we were satisfied. There is also the "perks"--breakfast and or also lunch --you can't beat it! P.S. (If you are a senior citizen, this is the place!!) They take care of you!,

The CRV for 2016 , is last year before was redesigned a bit larger, and alot more complicated. I wanted older style, which i think looks alot better, and beats Forester in comfort, interior quality, and safety ! I was able to find one on CARS.COM with only 12,000 miles on it, and it was Honda Certified (better warranty than a new car ! )
What a difference! Several Honda dealerships in Metro Orlando couldn't deliver the price, terms or service these guys did for us! It was worth the drive up and they had everything ready when we arrived, even lunch in their cafe. Do yourself a favor and get out of Orlando, experience the Ocala difference where we found an honest and upfront deal with Kevin Cash (sales). No wonder they sell so many!
Past two vehicles I owned were Honda.

The car met all my needs. The dealer, Ray, was very helpful. I would recommend him to friends. I would purchase another Honda CRV. There is a small cracked with front windshield but Ray is scheduling an appointment for me. There's also a scratched below the tail light. Would like to have that replaced.
First I would like to say that one of my least favorite experiences over the years is buying/leasing a new or used car. However, my recent experience with Alex Bowers at Honda of Ocala was not only "painless" but actually enjoyable. We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter and had narrowed it down to a Mazda CX-5 or a Honda CR-V. After going to both the Mazda and Honda dealerships and test driving both vehicles (several times), we still couldn't decide which would be best for our daughter (both being excellent cars). In the end, it really came down to Alex's representation and in depth knowledge of the Honda CR-V that convinced us that it was the car that would best fit our daughter's needs. Alex is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the Honda's capabilities and was able to convey that information to us and more importantly, to our teeanage daughter. Alex was a pleasure to work with and when I am in the market for a new or used vehicle in the future, I will definitely contact him before going anywhere else. Efficient and up to date teck stuff was explained to us carefully. We still have questions that pop up daily but we will call for help as needed. Larry Lopez was well informed in all aspects of the transaction!
Stopped in to look at the HR-V inventory. Have been watching it for awhile on the internet and finally decided to bite the bullet and go to the lot. Nick was amazing. He showed me everything I wanted to see and did not pressure me at all. Found a slate HR-V that was perfect! Thanks so much!!
My wife and i decided to just ???drop in??? and look around. We were greeted by Jeff Hill and immediately felt as ease. I served 25 years in the Marine Corps and have had my fair share of ???salesmen???. Jeff Hill was cut from a different cloth. His friendliness and no pressure sales had us convinced that this place is the place to buy. We came back later that night and approached by Roy Perez (who was also phenomenal). Decided to come back the next day, Jeff Hill wasn???t available but Rich Wood took amazing care us for the remainder of our purchase. I would describe our recent purchase at Nick Nicholas Ford to be a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Rex Adair, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Making this experience more pleasant, was the fact there was no feeling of pressure involved.
I came into the service department 2 days in a row last week with windshield and battery issues. Exasperated both times and of course I had no appointment! Staci and Nate were so kind and worked me in as soon as they could. Shazam spent over an hour trying to re calibrate the windshield but found an underlying problem and educated me as to what was causing it. Battery was also replaced and off I went. Thank you all for your great customer service! You're the best

Excellent product. Perfect look, fit, room and fuel mileage. AWD is great in the snow. heated leather seats are also great for super cold mornings. this is my first Honda and I will buy more
The Service was good and the car is beautiful. Phillips matched a TruCar offer so it was a good deal. Easy to work with and no pressure in the buying phase.

This is a quite comfortable SUV, with good back support. As a retiree, I get about 28 mpg and drive about 6000 miles a year, mostly in my suburban neighborhood. I am surprised with the excellent pick-up for this 4 cyl. car. The rear seats fold down easily, so that both my mine and my wife's golf carts and clubs fit in the rear of the SUV.
My only complaints are:
>needs better sound-proofing from road noise.
>info-tainment center is not user-friendly
Was just out and about checking into Subaru after reading consumer reports, Steven greeted me and was a big help in me deciding what I want to do. He answered all my questions and was not pushy like so many other sales man. I haven't decided what to buy just yet, but when I'm ready I'll be buying from Steven at Bill Bryan Subaru.

Our 6th Honda vehicle. Road noise is louder on the CRV then the Other Hondas we owned. Dependability is good so far. Fairly comfortable. Not much room in the rear
I was greeted as soon as i walked in. Our salesman Micah. Was willing to spend all the time we needed showing us different models and colors available, even one from a different maker. I was so impressed on his knowledge of the CRV we bought. If you want a young and very friendly sales person who is not burnt out on car sales definitely see Micah
