I have bought and leased many cars over the years. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did yesterday at David McDavid of Austin. All of them were extremely courteous and so helpful. They spent a lot of time working with me and when it was all said and done I felt they were extremely fair. This was overall the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I love my new Acura and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership.

This is my second CR-V EX-L. It has the Honda Sensing safety package which is standard on all CR-V’s except the XL model. As an older driver, I appreciate the safety features. It also has a 1.5 liter engine with a turbo. The acceleration is excellent and has enough power for all occasions. Also, the gas mileage is excellent. I average over 30 mpg in around town driving and as high as 35 on the interstate. The car is comfortable and has a very nice leather interior.I I had to name a negative, I would say it is the powered passenger seat. It cannot raise and lower the seat. Since my wife is under 5 feet, she needs a seat cushion to see out properly.
Overall, this is an outstanding small SUV. Motor Trend agrees with me as it named the 2015 and 2018 Honda CR-V as their SUV of the year.

I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.

We have owned this car for 22 months. Have loved it till we drove to FL to visit daughter. Had to extend our visit almost 2 weeks. The computer system went out ( just as we pulled into her drive) Actually the back up camera came on while driving on the interstate. We had had trouble with the warning lights on mirrors coming on for no reason earlier in the year, Long story short Went to the dealer in Pensacola 3 times before they said it was "fixed" Stopped in the Smoky Mtns . Got up the next morning to sightsee and the car wouldn't start. Got a jump, drove it home, parked in garage and wouldn't start,. Had it towed to Germain where we bought and the installed a new battery. Haven't had any problems since but do not feel comfortable keeping this car. Very disappointed as it was always rated very high for reliability

What a very pleasant car buying experience! I bought my Honda Civic from Ray Dec 31, 2015 and the experience was seamless. I'm just writing this review b/c I just now found out about this website. There was no stress in buying the car. Ray showed me all of the features of the car and really took his time in his presentation. I felt no stress at any time or when I was in the finance dept. This car is not only stylish and just looks beautiful, but is a very comfortable ride. I am 6'3" and I have PLENTY of legroom, headroom and seat support. Long trips are nice as it is just easy to drive. Also on long trips, it has Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keep Assistance. I love this feature. Dual climate control and dual driver seat settings at the touch of a button are both awesome too. YOU will NOT be disappointed with this car purchase. Best descision I have ever made. Go test drive one for yourself.

Got an 2017 CRV EX AWD used with 22k miles CPO. As with a lot of Hondas there is some road noise, but it helps my son sleep, so it's not a big problem for me. I have had a little issue with the screen connecting during cloudy/stormy weather but it's been fine lately. Will see how it does on my next upcoming trips. I am enjoying the saftey alerts like lane assistance and the Apple Car Play feature is very nice! I bought this car for its reliability and hope it keeps is value as most Hondas do. I plan to keep it for a very long time unless I have another kiddo and feel otherwise :)
This is the 10th vehicle we have purchased here. EVERY time is a easy and quick process. Bob and Tim are very easy to communicate and work with, and are very trustworthy. They both go above and beyond to make sure you are in the right vehicle.
James made the experience so easy and pretty painless. I did not spend hours upon hours sitting there which is always one of my pet peeves. James was efficient, direct and so helpful. HIghly recommend talking to him!

I have driven the CRV for about a year. The safety features work well, it is quiet, and the engine accelerates smoothly. Great daily driver for a family.

It has everything I need. It is reliable, beautifully designed vehicle, very economical, with good size and cargo space. It has inside everything I need for me and my family.

I’m disappointed about many things. For the 2017’s Honda made some changes that I feel fell short. Example: The headlights were lowered, now it’s hard to read road signs, the lights are not bright enough. The gas lever is very hard to reach, you can’t see which one you’re pulling on, I accidentally pulled the hood latch and realized it once I was back on the expressway with my hood about to lift off as I regained speed. Honda redesigned the doors now they swing open way too far, hard to reach once you are seated. When I turn on the heat or the air the car vibrates, gives me the jitters. It’s not a very quiet vehicle, could be the cheap tiresthat Honda puts on the vehicles. Poor design externally near the windshield, very hard to remove snow from the windshield, you must push the snow upwards to clear it away from the wipers. Now after reading all these reviews about gas and oil mixing together I’m about ready to trade mine in for the Rav that I was going to buy
I was very impressed with the speed of the response to my inquiry on the Volvo XC60. My questions were answered with no pressure.
