I went in not really knowing what car to get. The staff made sure they understood what I was looking for and gave me options. I really liked that he was patient and didn???t pressure me into anything I wasn???t sure of.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
customer service is not good . left in the blank. no communication. 2 hrs for oil change. walked around and just looked around. a manager giving an interview and gave my wife and I a bad look cause our neace was playing. Guess that was a bad thing on us.
I went to Fiesta Honda and everything seemed smooth. Although it was smooth I felt as if the customer service was o.k. The salesman and the other sales manager I worked with seemed like they only cared just enough to not seem like a's. This made every minute uncomfortable to a degree, I felt like all I was happy with was the car, the price a bit, and just felt awkward through the process when I was with these guys. The only saving grace I believe was... Angela at he food counter in the morning shift, Vicki at the reception desk and Christopher(salesman) that day. Nonetheless great price, both good/helpful and figity/awkward people. The old saying personality makes the company is true. And this place misses the mark but still gets 3.5 stars
I went into Gilman Honda to get a new tire on my Honda Accord and fell in love with a 2015 Tahoe on the lot. KAI IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE AROUND HAD SMILES ON THEIR FACES AND TREATED EVERYONE AS IF THEY VIP! THE ONLY REGRET I HAVE IS NOT BUYING MY CAR FROM VARA CHEVROLET. IM SURE I WOULD OF BEEN IN GREAT HANDS IF THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS ANYTHING LIKE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ROCK!!!!
