Three days later, we returned ready to purchase, and Martin worked seamlessly with our financial timeline. The next day, we drove our new truck home. To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

I'm not a high tech kind of guy. In fact, I've never even bothered to learned how to program my vehicle car radio or phone. I've used my CRV as a truck for hauling, camping and all around vehicle transport. It has never let me down and I would buy another one if needed.

No pressure, no sales pitch that felt like a TED Talk—just good vibes and real talk. Traded in my Jeep (RIP, old friend) and drove off in a shiny new 2025 Honda HR-V with a great APR. Upon making an appointment via customer service they had my recall ordered and available in under their two day schedule which was to be taken care of with an oil change. Being a continuous customer, I did have a few things on my list that I was going to pass on yet again but when Ismael explained to me the criticality of doing that and what I actually could wait on regarding my list, I added those items that needed to be addressed and I felt very at ease doing so. He was not pushy, he just stuck to the facts and he also got my recall taken care of. He made sure I got a ride to work and back to the shop and kept in contact when they began working on my car to when it was done so I could gauge my day. The service personnel washed my car and I was gleaming leaving. As usual, when I have worked with other service associates there for repair (Gabriel, Darius, etc..), working with Ismael was a very pleasant experience. Thanks so much!

The whole dealership is great. I've purchased several Hondas at Motorwerks and no matter how hard I try to find a new brand to drive, I come back to Honda because of Motorwerks. Kacper, my salesman, was very helpful too.

I'm from Chicago but grew dissatisfied with the crappy service city dealers gave me so I traveled some distance away from the city to Muller Honda and I'll tell you my experience was fabulous . I came in for an oil change, rear differential fluid change and tire rotation. I fell in love at first sight with their service area set up and their transparency to do business. You can actually see them working on your car real time not like the city dealers that kidnap your car for 2 hours and you don't see what's being done or not being done. The price was right, the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Muller< I love you guys, this was my first time here and I can assure you it won't be my last.
