To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

I'm not a high tech kind of guy. In fact, I've never even bothered to learned how to program my vehicle car radio or phone. I've used my CRV as a truck for hauling, camping and all around vehicle transport. It has never let me down and I would buy another one if needed.

My daughter traded in her 2013 car for a new car in Oct last year. She purchased a brand new car and had no problems during the process and is very happy with her purchase. This August however, as a co-signer, we both started receiving toll bills from the Port Authority in New York City. Our license plate that was registered to us is now on a Mercedes Benz wracking up tolls. We've disputed these charges, filed paperwork, spoken to numerous people, faxed more necessary paperwork, filed a police report and still are dealing with this 3 months later! We spoke to the General Sales Mgr. Mr. H. who did not seem a bit concerned which was really disappoiting. We have now been turned over to collections and continue to fight these charges. We do not know if the plates were sold or stolen but this has truly been a nightmare. Lesson learned!

Excellent car buying experience with Marcus at AutoNation Honda in Lewisville! I had been following one of their vehicles online for about a month before making an appointment to test drive it. Upon arriving, Marcus was waiting for us, had the car pulled up and ready to drive. As the car was priced well and was in great shape, we decided to purchase the vehicle. From start to finish, we were there 2 1/2 hours and were treated with such respect and professionalism! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a car!

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!
