Used 2019 Honda CR-V for sale near Harrisburg, NC

Good experience. Would recommend to a friend. The sales process took 3 hours which is still to long. But I have spent more time in others.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

If Carolina Volkswagen were a Christmas tree, Mr. Donell Richardson is the shiny star on the top of the tree. That is an interest word picture because I don’t know how we could get him fixed to stay up there! He made the entire process of purchasing a car relaxing and enjoyable. Donnell knew the details about the 2012 Toyota Highlander that we purchased and he took time to show us some cosmetic issues that we probably would never have noticed. He impressed my wife and I as a man of honesty and integrity. When we sell the Highlander, Donell is the first call that I will make to purchase another vehicle. As for the Finance Manager, I was ready to go to war with him. When buying a car it is that department that messes up any good deal that a sales person puts together. I was ready for the “hidden costs” and sneaky add-on’s, ready to argue about them. That’s just the way Finance Managers operate, you can’t turn your backs on them! Mr. Chris Gray totally upended my arguing plans! Chris was honest, upfront and,shopped for the best financing deals for us. We were impressed with his “customer first” attitude and his eagerness to work, ensuring that Donell’s deal was honored. If Donell was the star on top of the tree, Chris was the stand. Seldom seen but always working hard to hold the tree upright. This was the best car buying experience that we have ever had thanks to these two fine gentlemen. Dale and Susie Austin

This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I was greeted by Orlando with a smile and eagerness to help. We could not find the car I saw online but he was diligent in searching. He went inside and found the keys and we located the car. I took it for a test drive and knew it was the right car. It was the weekend so we had to wait until Monday for the credit union to give the final approval. There seemed to be a discrepancy of the value of the car but Orlando called the credit union directly and spoke with the loan officer and cleared up the confusion. There were a few more hiccups on the credit union side and Orlando was professional and handled everything for me and I was able to purchase my car. He made sure the car was detailed and the gas tank was full. With all the humps and bumps he remained professional and very helpful. I definitely recommend you visit him. I did not mention he helped me after another sales person walked by me on the lot and I clearly needed assistance. Thank you Orlando for taking the time to assist me. I am enjoying my new volvo! We have only had the CRV for about 7 weeks. It seems to be a great vehicle. But we are still learning all of the features and safety accessories. We purchased it used and there was no owners manual so it’s a try and learn. The salesman was great. The dealership not so much. Would buy the CRV again but at a different dealership
