We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I went in interested in two cars I saw online and was greeted by Johnathan Gil, he was very honest and transparent through the whole process and knowledgeable on the two cars I was looking at. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy a car, it was the smoothest process I?ve had buying car from a dealership. He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. Over a year ago I brought my 80 year old father to Holler Honda to buy a car. He purchased the HR-V and took it home. Over the past year he only drove it 1200 miles but the A/C suddenly stopped working. I brought the car in for service and they handled it without question. From the moment I arrived until the time I returned to pick it back up, the process was amazingly friendly, informative and professional. I was amazed because I own a Ram 1500 and EVERY single time I have had to bring my truck in for service at Greenway Ford, I was made to feel like I was a burden on the to handle the warranty repair. At Ram, I had to always wait for someone to greet me upon arrival, was rarely ever told what to expect or what costs might be involved and then ALWAYS had to wait longer than the date they told me it would be completed. Honda spoiled me this time and feel they offer the template for an amazing customer service and repairs.

Classic Honda always gives a thorough explanation of what services are needed. The completion of the services is always in a timely manner. This is acceptable so that you can move on either your schedule.
