We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

Cortney is very friendly and professional. Really knows his stuff and delivers on excellent customer service. He got our issue taken care of in less time than promised. Will return to Classic Honda when we need service again even though it is not our closest Honda dealer.

He is very knowledgeable re the technology and operating aspects of the vehicle and was able to explain many new-to-me safety features both during and after an extended test drive on which he accompanied me. Over a year ago I brought my 80 year old father to Holler Honda to buy a car. He purchased the HR-V and took it home. Over the past year he only drove it 1200 miles but the A/C suddenly stopped working. I brought the car in for service and they handled it without question. From the moment I arrived until the time I returned to pick it back up, the process was amazingly friendly, informative and professional. I was amazed because I own a Ram 1500 and EVERY single time I have had to bring my truck in for service at Greenway Ford, I was made to feel like I was a burden on the to handle the warranty repair. At Ram, I had to always wait for someone to greet me upon arrival, was rarely ever told what to expect or what costs might be involved and then ALWAYS had to wait longer than the date they told me it would be completed. Honda spoiled me this time and feel they offer the template for an amazing customer service and repairs.
