Let me first say, I???ve purchased many vehicles in my time on earth so hear me... sales, finance and the owners made me feel like royalty! They worked within my budget and threw in wonderful perks to sweeten the deal! It felt as if I was visiting good friends! Do visit them when you are ready to purchase your vehicle and get treated with exceptional customer service! This is a genuine review because I just drove home my new vehicle!! Yay!
I could not believe how amazing Donna was with my husband and I. This is the 4th car i gotten there and never felt comfortable as Donna made us feel. She did the whole process fast and pleasant for us. We are definitely recommending Donna to anybody. She always made sure to check with us up to 2 weeks of having the car. Donna, you are the best!!!
I bought a Buick LaCrosse From this dealer about 7 years ago and had it serviced there during that time period. I always found the service staff to be thoroughly professional and, most importantly, communicative. The waiting area is pleasant and I was able to get a ride to work when necessary. While having that Buick serviced, I needed a loaner car and they loaned me a new Envision. I really liked the car and the sales staff gave me a GREAT deal on a lease. This was confirmed by a relative who is in the car leasing business. I continue to have the car serviced at this dealer and I am happy to recommend others there.
Greenwich Honda has always been great to work with. They are consistently super friendly and knowledgeable, and make it a pleasure to visit for sales or service.
Last week, however, they completely outdid themselves.
I stopped by after work because my key was not working correctly. Even though they were on their way out they made me feel totally welcome. They stayed made sure that my small but time-consuming issue was fixed correctly and that I was safe before leaving for the day. I can't thank them enough!!!
Went to Greenwich Honda interested in trading in my 2014 CRV for either a 2017 Civic or new CRV and was immediately greeted by PJ Singh and we couldn't have been happier with the experience.
We came in on a Sunday and after talking to PJ we test drove both cars and decided we liked the Civic best but still wanted to do some comparison shopping. We were not at all pressured to stay and buy right then.
During the following week we also emailed and talked to Deaisha who was super helpful and responsive to my endless questions. We returned to Greenwich Honda a week later and after one more test drive the decision was made and PJ took care of everything from there.
Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve either dealt directly with or met a number of their staff. They are honest, professional, and down to earth. There is no pressure to buy and purchasing is a straight forward and a pleasant experience. They don’t play games with numbers or your head. Their only trickery is to create a return customer out of you. The service department, particularly Service Adviser John, could not be more personable, knowledgeable, or conscientious. He treats you like you drive a Rolls, and the mechanics are the best. Steven Vazquez, now in charge of used vehicles, sold me my first new car and earned my respect for his honesty and integrity. Jonathan Morales assisted me in my most recent purchase of a new car and did a fantastic job. Kudos to management. Quality does not come easily.
I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership, however what I wanted was not common to find! I wanted the Toyota Tacoma in a 6 speed manual in the Qucksand color. However there were none on site or even at any nearby dealerships. Our salesman helped us by contacting the factory and finding out that there were 2 cars set to be built on the assembly line that were slated to be shipped to Virginia. They rerouted it's final destination the Westport. We waited the 3 weeks for it to come in and it actually came in 1 day early! As soon as I saw it, it was love at first sight. Would definitely recommend this dealership over any others in our area.
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. Friendly, Ivan attend us, treated my family with the upmost respect. Went the extra mile to show us the details of the suv we were asking about. Felt very comfortable and Ivan did not pressure us like they have done in other dealerships. The experience was great.

This was my first interaction with Honda of Tenafly and I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism conducted by my Sales and Leasing Consultant, Anna Marie Kuhn. Not only was she able to answer all my questions and provide me with a new 2019 Honda Pilot EX to replace my 2016 version, she was very patient with regard to ensuring I was able to understand all the functionality and customization of my new Pilot to ensure my driving experience was as turn-key as possible. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase and every question I asked was addressed with a direct answer. For these reasons I knew my business was not just desired but VALUED. Ultimately I look forward to being a Honda of Tenafly customer for many years to come!

Alex at DCH Paramus Honda did an excellent job to sell me 2019 odyssey elite trim. Unlike sales man in other Honda dealership, he is always gentle from the beginning to the end. I was pleasant to talk with him all the time. His manager is also nice and gentle. I guess they have more proper training. than any other dealerships. all of the dealership should learn from Alex and his manager to know how to treat the customers. Lastly but not the least, their coffee is best among Honda dealerships I visit.
I am so excited I leased a honda CRV today from Paramus Honda. It???s my third car I have leased from them. The salesman, Mr. Kadir is the go to guy. He helped us out all three times. Such a friendly and helpful gentlemen. Also the service employee, Hamad was very kind and thorough with his service/information, we were very comfortable going home with the new car! Thank you again Paramus Honda we are one happy customer!!
