Used Honda CR-V for sale in Cerritos, CA

Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and mostly satisfied with the whole process. It took about a month to get the right color combo in stock, but it was worth it. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back the next day to pick it up though. Jake was professional, friendly, and had knowledge of the vehicle, but since I have been following this car's development for some time, I think I surprised him by knowing more than he did about some things. Management (David I think) tried to sneak a few things onto the total bill, but that was expected, that's their job, and I did my part and caught them. The finance guy, Gerardo, was very professional and made the final signing process easy and relaxed. Unfortunately, I guess he was the only finance person on Wednesday night and I had to wait about an hour for him to finish with another customer. In total, I was there over 5 hours.

I have owned/leased 4 previous Honda sedans. This is my first SUV. Totally wonder why I had never looked into owning a SUV. Has a comfortable ride and interior. Love its ease of handling. Thank you Middletown Honda!

Sammy was very reasonable and provided me with the excellent car and deal that made my daughter a very happy young lady. His assistant Marciano was also a very pleasant and helpful man that took me on a test drive and assisted me with inspecting the vehicle. Sammy is honest, not pushy, and the complete opposite of what "used car salesman" can sometimes mean to many. His business model is to offer nice cars that are priced to sell. I highly recommend Sammy's Enterprise and will be back the next time I am looking for a good quality used vehicle.

This is a superb vehicle, even after many kms of driving. It should last many years with normal maintenance. It has no flaws that I'm aware of.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

No complains. My experience was great. Got in and out in about 2-3hrs.

I bought the CRV Touring Edition because I liked the dashboard arrangement better than the other CRVs I looked at. It's a very comfortable car that's fun to drive. I'm very happy with my CRV.

We picked up this vehicle as a kids car for my daughter to use while student teaching ... it's perfect... reliable, safe and low cost. This will run forever with consistent care.

This dealership is wonderful, mostly became of my experience with Jacob!!! He is very welcoming and explains every detail of the vehicle, gives us time to say our thoughts concerns, let us test drive over 10+ vehicles in one day. And is then we found the one we liked which was a Toyota Corolla. He insured everything was good and made sure the mechanic on site re inspected the car. He gave us the best deal and worked with our insurance that was very difficult. Overall the car runs super good no issues what so ever. One thing I liked the most was how he texted us for two months to make sure everything was okay and following up with us. I would recommend this dealership only because of Jacob. !!!

I'll recomend this vehicle to anyone and everyone. Its the best vehicle I have ever owned. It has an exelent balance of comfort and ride. Fuel consumption could be better, but on the other hand I like the responsive engine.

After getting the run around from multiple dealerships in LA/OC/IE I visited Auto Republic. Yes, I had my guard up after all the financing and heavy down payments other dealerships we're asking for before even giving me attention. The showroom was clean and the lot had so many dream cars. I found the perfect car for my family and had the assistance from the manager that was top notch. I'm writing this review since the single star reviews show the lack of reading details about add on features. Don't get upset with a dealership for having tracking on a car (saves on insurance) along with other key options that are great for your next car. I've referred family and friends, all had exceptional purchasing experiences and I'll get my next vehicle here as well.

My 2018 CR-V is a step-up from my 2014 Toyota Corolla - roomier, smoother riding. It's new to me, so we'll have to see how economical it is. My Toyota gave me 42 mpg on the road. I hope this one does close to that. I've never owned a car with heated seats, remote start and other bells & whistles. Let's hope they all hang in there!

I want to give a shout out to Timothy Wesley my car specialist. He was very knowledgeable in explaining all the information and walk me thru the process. Extremely helpful in helping me get the car I fell in love with. He helped me with financing, trade in, and turned around the paper work so quickly. At the dealership I usually feel so pressured and won't have time to read thru all the paperwork. With vroom the paperwork gets mail to you so you can actually sit down and go thru it all. The bad prior reviews I felt maybe the customers had unrealistic expectations, but I think vroom is learning and I feel is doing a great job. Keep up the great work because I do not want to visit any more dealers in the future. Shoutout to Meropi Hawkins and the entire delivery team. I had completed payment and paperwork on Saturday 8/9 and got a call same day to let me know I will be getting an email soon to confirm delivery date. I got a nice courtesy email from my car specialist Tim Monday 8/12 just to check in, and Tuesday 8/13 Meropi reached out to me to let me know everything is on schedule and my car will be delivered to nyc by 8/18 and they will be sending me daily updates. Vroom has really listened to past reviews and upped their game. Update car is scheduled to arrive a day early!

I had typed out what felt like an essay for this car and ended up deleting it. I do love the car and I bought it used with 90,000 miles on it so it’s new to me. Although I’m thinking the person who had it before me traded it in because it may have had issues they didn’t want to deal with. One being the rear has a bit of sag in it because of the rear upper control arm bushings being worn out. It does need new tires and I need them ASAP but I’m working on it. The turbo is a definite upgrade from my previous cars because I’ve never had a turbo. The CVT isn’t new to me but I love them seamless performance. I wish I could just drive the car endlessly for a job if I could find one. It’s pretty comfortable and I do love it.

This is my 3rd CRV in 15 years & it is 1 very nice, comfortable, easy car to drive. IT absolutely loves the open road. Just got back from a 5 day trip to Yellowstone-averaged 36 mpg!! Nice looking & holds a lot of luggage plus 4 adults.

Ride is a little rougher than I anticipated, but acceptable. The turbo 4 has plenty of power. Very good gss mileage. Seats are comfortable for long trips. Electronics are easy to understand and operate.

This car will be very handy with storing all my walkers and wheelchairs when I bring them. I also like that I can easily get onto the drivers seat.
