Mike was cordial, prepared, friendly and did not pressure me.
My vehicle had too much negative equity to qualify for the bank to finance when added to the next vehicle but, Mike and the management staff tried their best to make it happen.
For someone with a more normal situation, I am sure that the outcome would have been win-win.
I received a follow-up letter from the dealer principal, thanking me for stopping in and offering to help in any way he could.
I feel very good about this dealership; their integrity and commitment to their customers.

My wife and I purchased a new Chevorlet Traverse. We specifically ask the sales person if we???re getting all of the discount available and he said yes. He did not give us all discounts available. Vincent R. Was our sales person. Vera Sebastian and Larry Samples
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.
I had a great and professional salesperson name Thomas Robinson. Due to my crazy schedule, he was very accommodating. We communicated primarily by email. I told him the car I was looking for and he listened closely and had one delivered to the dealership.

I found a suv that I was interested in buying online. I made an appointment to view it and ended up buying it. I had a great experience here from the time I walked in. Everyone was attentive and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The service department also was great when they replaced the tires. They gave a ride home and back because of the length of time it took. I would have liked a higher trade in value for my car, though. I know it was worth more than I was given.
Marty, salesman, is very professional and honest. He has held true to everything that he said he would do. I have no complaints with this dealership. If you are looking for a dependable used car, I highly recommend Marty. In today's society, this type of service is not the norm.
Post warranty issue was handled by Service manager Rich. I received great help on taking my car problem all the way up to Mazda headquarters. So Mazda agreed to cover 2/3 for replacement of a very costly part and associated labor! Great Experience!
Kristin was very pleasant and professional to work with and she explained the process to me since I hadn't purchased a vehicle in awhile. The staff was also very polite to me while waiting to speak to Kristin. This is a truly an exceptional dealership. Thank you Mini of Ann Arbor I love my Honda Accord.
My experience with Mike Bishop was awesome. After being turned down at 3 places , I was recommended to see him . He got me the SUV I wanted the same day . I’m trying to contact him for 5 other family members that wants new vehicles. When I called for him , I was told he no longer works there . Mike is the best salesman I ever had . After getting my car , out of his own pocket, he treated me and my family to dinner as a token of his appreciation for our business. I trust Mike Bishop and only him , not saying that no one else there is bad .... but Mike worked with me and my so so credit and got me what I wanted . Had a great experience getting our new Toyota here. Everyone was friendly and the entire process from start to finish was fast (which has been on my greatest frustrations during previous car purchases). I love my new Highlander, it was exactly the car I had researched and wanted for months only finally deciding to pull the trigger after taking to Molly over email.
