I felt he was there for me every step in getting EXACTLY what I wanted and what would delight me in my day to day experience both with the car and car buying experience. This is my 5th car bought from this dealership and I will be at Tamaroff for another, as they NEVER disappoint ! I had an appt. I arrived early, but it took a longgggg time. Jason and mike in service were awesome, very attentive. And helpful. My car was very dirty in back when I left, I thought they wash it with service?
I looked at several different dealers within about 50 miles of Ann Arbor. Germain was the first one I went to and they set a high standard to follow in terms of selection and customer service, and their prices are competitive (I know that sounds like a generic bot comment, but it’s true). After test driving many compact SUVs I ultimately came back to purchase the first CR-V I drove at Germain. I loved working with Luis. He got me a purchase price within my budget (for a vehicle with fewer miles than I expected) and negotiated an APR that I’m very happy with. I will highly recommend Germain and Luis to anyone I know looking for a car.
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
Chris, the service rep who helped me went above and beyond anything I could have expected in orderfor me, a traveler from out of state to be able to continue my trip. My car was in need of a part he couldn't get right away and I needed it asap, he managed and he managed to get my car fixed ahead of his estimated schedule. The who experience made me wish they were my local Nissan Dealer. If I lived in the area they would be the dealer I'd go to every time I needed anything.
Sales person Amir was awesome! He replied every e-mail very quickly and accurately. The day before pick up new vehicle, he called me that he found little scratch on its body. He offered another car that is the same color and model but has extra accessories. I appreciate he checked all before signed up contract.
On the day of pick up the vehicle, manager Jeffery, strongly recommended their service packages, tire change service, maintenance service, and others. Those packaged would raise amount of monthly payment a lot. I think it is good idea to mention those extra packages when we discussed payment plan.
We agreed to buy buy a new 2017 Honda for the lowest price we could find. The next day they said the car was no longer available so they gave us the identical 2018 car for the same price. They were kind, worked with us and definitely deserve your consideration.
James helped us buy my husband a 2017 Honda Accord on very short notice after his old car was hit and totaled. We showed up after a long day of car hunting about 15 minutes before they closed (which would normally frustrate an employee trying to get home at the end of the day), but James was very kind and accommodating and took the time to show us each vehicle we were interested in. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience at Page Honda!
We came in to test drive a CRV - that's it. Have had other experiences where sales people tried to get us into different cars, etc. but we knew what we wanted to test drive and we were able to do just that. No pressure, just test drive. Appreciated that service.
The used car I purchased was a good find. However the offer for my trade in was significantly lower than its value, which the salesman even acknowledged. A week later, my trade in sold for $4000 more than I was given. I will not trust this dealership's word again.
I went to this dealership to check out a specific car I saw in their inventory. I talked to Robert Kimberly, who showed us other cars and offered me a deal on a new 2016 model. The car I was interested in was there, but the color was not as stated. I had certain specs in mind and although they had a couple coupes, they didn't have any I wanted. They offered me a deal on a 2016 coupe, but it wasn't enough off for an almost two year old model to be interesting to me. The salesman was very helpful however.

Jeff was very professional, yet fun and relaxed. He was a good listener, and actually remembered what I would communicate to him, unlike nearly every dealership I've been dealing with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEFF REICHEL.
Salesman was Brian W. Quick process. No nonsense.Delivered on what he promised. Noticed he was helping a worker dry the outside of our car for delivery.
