The Honda staff are always there to make my visit easy. Great people from sales men to service. A comfortable experience. Galberto Monroy has sold us 3 Honda Accords and he is so enthusiastic about every sale. He makes the whole process effortless and he does it with a genuine smile on his face and in his heart. I will buy another car from him in 2 years!
I wasn't looking forward to going through the "car buying experience" due to the treatment I received with the last car I purchased. Thankfully James Pierce @ Honda made purchasing my 2013 Honda CVR an excellent experience. He treated me like I was a person and not just another sale for him. He was extremely friendly, helpful and worked with me to get payments I could afford. Without a doubt when it comes time to make another purchase I'll be going to Honda of Fayetteville!
I hate buying cars, but Galberto Monroy made it easy because he was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything I needed to know about my new car and helped me set up all the features. He was terrific, and the whole experience was outstanding.
My Acura Rl is 12 years old and the treat the car and me like new. My wife and I are buying or leasing a new Acura in June. They put us in a MDX for the weekend while my RL was being repaired. Top notch service from everyone. Now the problem is which car MDX or RDX?

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
I had been looking for a used Honda for about 5 years. I despise working with car salespeople. We worked with Bill Nabors at Honda of Fayetteville and he was excellent. Bill provided excellent service and information about the different vehicles and was not at all pushy. I found some vehicles at other dealerships, but went back to Honda of Fayetteville and purchased a Honda there because of Bill's excellent customer service. I would recommend Honda of Fayetteville and ask for Bill Nabors.
I recently needed to get a new car, I decided to look at Hyundai and see if I could find something that would work good for me. During my time working with Crain Hyundai, Bryan Huddleston answered any and all of my questions (which were a lot!), explained all the details proficiently and honestly, and put me in a car I absolutely love. It was a pleasure working with Bryan and Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville.
Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. If you are looking for friendly, professional and no pressure salesmanship...ask for Wally. He was so informative on the vehicles and their amenities. So impressed on everything from start to finish on the purchase. Everyone was so friendly! Great experience!
I bought a car here with a 30 day / 1000 warranty. During the 30 days I discovered a mechanical problem. It turned out to be a very, very expensive problem, something that only the dealer could repair with new parts. At no point did they try to weasel out of the warranty. They had the repair done and lost money on the car, I'm sure. I couldn't be happier with the car and the whole transaction.
Buying a vehicle is exciting but can be stressful! Everything was explained very well and they took plenty of time with us. But even more important, the service is organized, good and fast! Snacks and drinks are great, too.
I tried to edit/or delete my original comment but this site does not allow for this action. I'm writing this comment too update the situation. I was called first thing in the morning by the management "Tyler" at Superior GMC where they we're extremely apologetic and eager to provide satisfactory customer service, and they did just that. This seems to have been a huge communication error that led to me being frustrated by what had taken place. After speaking with Tyler I'm confident that if I would have spoken to him originally this issue would have never escalated, as he is truly someone who is determined to give good customer service. I plan on buying a new truck or SUV here in the next year or two and I will attempt to buy it from Superior GMC when the time comes, this is because of them going Beyond normal customer service expectations after what originally happened.
Was in the market for the first brand new car of my life. I found the car of my dreams on their website. Price was good but they helped to make it better! We drove over two hours to get there. Both hubby and I were nervous, hoping that we weren't walking into a game of bait and switch as so often happened when we lived in LA. To our relief, the price paid was the price agreed on over the phone! And Shannon was so good, so patient! We got lost fairly quickly in Fayetteville. She came out twice; on our way to and our way outto lead us to where we needed to be! Above and beyond the call! T.G. was a delight and Mike was a dream to work with. If you just want to get a quality car and get on with it, Adventure is the dealer for you! We WILL be back for the next Subaru! HS
