I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Everything about this dealership was wonderful, mostly because of our salesman Anthony! He helped my daughter choose a specific model year and color. He selected all the available cars and told us the pros and cons of each. He was very patient as we took as much time as we needed to make our selection. Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

I worked with Ron Terry who helped me lease a new Honda Civic lease and return my old Honda Civic lease. Ron listened to what I was looking for and the deal numbers that he presented to me during our second meeting held up, did not change, throughout the sales process. He meant what he said and did what he said. As we were finalizing the deal and ran into some issues with the financing he quickly adjusted the deal so we could finalize it and the final deal actually came out slightly better, not worse that what we had discussed. I could drove out of the lot after a couple of hours and leave the old lease with Ron. He even helped me charge my iPhone in the middle of it all. This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

I initially went on cargarus to look for another used vehicle; Shane was the 1st person from many dealerships I was looking through from many different vehicles. The car I test drove was great though my credit wasn't that great nor did I have a co-signer. What he did though was contacted me immediately when he had a vehicle around price range, asked my thoughts & most importantly spoke to bank as my down payment was low and gave me a decent price for my trade-in amongst many more other benefits. I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.
