I found a vehicle that I was interested in. They responded to my inquiries right away and were very easy to work with. They were very flexible and were willing to work with me however and whenever. Overall great experience and very friendly staff.
Wes was very friendly right from the start. He met us on the lot with a smile, didn't hesitate to get a tag so we could test drive the vehicle. There was no pressure from him at all to buy the vehicle. Once we made our decision to buy , he was fast to get our offer in and approved. He didn't hesitate to help remove our toolbox from our truck,and didn't mind getting his hands dirty in doing so.

I purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Golf TDi which I first saw on Ebay. I live out of state and had this car shipped to me. It was EXACTLY as described and has ZERO issues. Chris A & Ana did everything I asked for before and even after my purchase. I asked for a few specific tasks to be completed after the purchase and Ana did an awesome job at getting things done. Communication was awesome and most importantly the car is too. I got the car serviced and checked at the VW dealer and they found the car to be perfect as well. I had visited the dealership for repairs on my 2005 Pilot which I love. I was looking for a used car for my family. My salesman was Jon Moran. I could not ask for a better salesman. The first car I purchased was a used CRV. I took it home and the next day the car overheated leaving me stranded in Reidsville. I called the dealership and they towed the car back . After that happened I explained I was not comfortable with the purchase any longer. The management , service and sales team worked with me and I was able to get another CRV that fits all of my needs and I am very pleased with my purchase. They really stood behind their sales and I am a very happy customer. I will go back if/when I need another car as they have earned my trust and respect. Thanks
Just visited Steve Padgett's Honda dealership July 29, 2014. Randy Garcia met me in the parking lot and spent 3 hours letting me test drive as many cars as I wanted. At no time did he pressure me or make me feel he had something better to do. Although I did not close a deal that day, if I buy a new car I will go visit Randy at Steve Padgett's. Randy was pleasant and professional at all times. In all a good experience on a car lot.
I had seen a car advertised on cars.com from Danville Automall. The pictures and the price got me interested in looking more at this car. I live 250 miles away from the dealership. I contacted the dealership and told them I was interested in trading a car in for the one they had listed but had to drive 8 hours round trip to look at the car. I asked if we could negotiate over the phone to see if we could be close on an agreement understanding it would depend on what both vehicles looked like. The dealership and I reached a tentative agreement that would be based on them looking at my trade in and me looking over the vehicle for sale. Upon arriving at the dealership, the car was as described and the pictures were exactly as the car looked in person. The dealership and I discussed the vehicle and the trade, they reminded me that there is still good honest people in this world. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. They were also able to get my financing where it will pay off earlier than planned when I went and save me 2400 dollars in finance charges over the life of the loan. I plan to keep this dealership on the top of my list for the next time I need another car. Wonderful team!!
