My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

We just bought a pre owned Civic today. We had a great experience with Sah, our salesperson, and Leo, the finance manager. Everything was upfront and honest. No hidden fees, no lies. The price we found online was the price of the car, which, believe it or not, is a rare thing apparently!! I wish we had gone here months ago when we began our search so we could have avoided all the wasted time with other dealerships, like Babylon Honda, who lied to our faces over and over!! Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Justin and the staff. I did not have a car to get there but seen a 07 Yukon Denali on the website with no pictures yet. I spoke to Justin and he explained they just got it in and they did not take pictures yet. Justin took pictures and videos of the whole truck. He even went under the car for video and pics of the undercarriage. I been looking for a car for a little over a month and the bait and switch the dealers did was not fair. 101 motors not only understood what I was looking for but they did not try and make me feel uncomfortable by showing me cars I could not afford. I dealt with Justin as a salesman and Joshua the manager in finance and I could not be happier with the service I received. I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

My door handles some times don't work well is hard to open I buy this crv 2022 brand new after 4 months I have this problem

Not only were they professional, but they continue in the Paragon Honda's tradition of treating every customer like family. After leasing a 2026 Odyssey EX-L, we ended up referring my wife's cousin to Luis. They ended up trading in their Subaru for a 2026 Odyssey Sport. They were also impressed with the level of service, attention, and care that they received. Paragon Honda gained a new customer in them.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.
