Their ratings are high because it is definitely well deserved usually I would be skeptic thinking it would be many fake reviews but after our own experience at Hillside Toyota their reviews are truly legit!!! Their cars, trucks are amazing. Their customer service especially the one who helped us whose name is Valentina is excellent, professional, helpful and she is so cool. Any questions we had was answered. Anything we did not understand she went beyond to help us from beginning to end. Definitely ask for her for above and beyond service and assistance. On top of that first day got some awesome yummy popcorn and the last day bagels and coffee. We are new to the new technologies in our truck and she explained everything and even set up everything for us. Thank you Valentina and Hillside Toyota.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

We are very happy with the car’s performance and comfort. The only two issues we’ve run into are one, the mileage we’re getting isn’t close to what was on the sticker, and two, the computer/entertainment system has had to be rebooted and the car restarted on several occasions for it to work properly. We’ve also had to change the cable fairly frequently to sinc with the iPhone.

Let me first start off by saying this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Ever. I called late on a Saturday right before they were closing. I spoke to Angel and Rob who were as professional as they come. We came to a deal within 30 mins. I texted all of my information and the deal was done. Since I live about 3 hours away I said I could come next weekend to pick it up. Throughout the week there was constant communication from Rob making sure everything was set for when I came in. Next Saturday rolled around and I was instantly greeted in the parking lot by Rob and Reese. They immediately looked over my trade in, took pictures and took me inside to see my new car. It was freshly detailed and ready for a test drive to make sure everything was in order. I took the car for a quick spin and came back to the dealership. Brian had all of my paper work ready for the finance portion. We went over the rate, the terms, my trade in value in full detail. Brian was very thorough and went over everything. I might add that there were no hidden fees, no additional charges, no surprises. The deal that was given over the phone was the deal that was promised. Even the value of my trade in was honored. When discussing add ons and warranties Brian wasn’t pushy or relentless like other experiences I’ve had buying previous vehicles elsewhere. I ultimately ended up sticking with the certified preowned program and signed the paperwork. That was it. I was the new owner of a 2022 Stelvio. Rob and Reese took hooked my phone up and went through all of the settings and modes the vehicle had to offer. I left the dealership within 2 hours. Anyone that has ever bought a car knows that’s insane. And before we left Rob mentioned that someone had called the next day that they were open and wanted to buy the car. They could have tried to sell it to someone for a few extra bucks but they kept their word. Which was really appreciated. My dad was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty from everyone involved that he’s now in the market for a Stelvio. And we will be back to Todd Alfa to make another purchase. This is our eighth CRV, starting with a 1999. The model hasn't change all that much the past several years, nor should they. Stylish, dependable, great gas mileage (32-41) and just an all around great vehicle. We looked at the newest model but were really put off by the styling. Very well designed and made. Could use a little more horsepower and less of the techo gauges in the instrument. Some gauges are repetitive and a few are unnecessary and some are useless. Big downer is that on 2026 forward satellite radio is unavailable. I do not like the potential hassle of using my smartphone. Might buy again.

I visited mainly to compare a couple of models. The staff was helpful in providing information and letting me test drive without feeling rushed. Didn't buy on the spot, but it was a positive and informative visit that will definitely bring me back when I'm ready.

From day one, I could work all the levers, buttons and knobs. The touchscreen is smaller than we wanted, but it’s perfectly fine for everything we need and is easy to use even when driving, due to large icons. The ventilation system is wonderful at cooling us; heater hasn’t been needed yet. The steering wheel seems to be made just for me, and has no edges anywhere. I like that it takes regular gas, is peppy and fun to drive, and gets great gas mileage. It’s a luxury car to me without the luxury cost. And oh yeah, it’s pretty!

There was a misunderstanding in regards to the online pricing, but Jeremy reached out to me and we straightened it out. Upon making the deal over the phone and text, I was able to signed remotely, and pick it up on a Sunday. The vehicle was immaculate and I now wonder why it took me so long to upgrade my vehicle. We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

Showed up to purchase cr-v hybrid after working out the (out the door price) only to show up at dealer to a hail damaged cr-v after hour and half round trip, stood around the dealership waiting on salesman that was helping two other separate customers (15 min) or so which gave me time to check out the damaged cr-v.I bought from Bommarito before and was very happy. this ordeal was very sketchy.

Excellent performer. Plenty of zip and power. I’ve recorded 39.6 mpg in warm weather last year. Down and back to Florida was recorded at 38.8. Very spacious, excellent cargo capacity. I’m 6’9” and am comfortable behind the wheel.

I love my CRV Hybrid. It is roomy, comfortable, dependable and safe. My grandchildren are messy and it is so easy clean. We are all very happy with my little singing Hybrid.

Purchased a 2024 White CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid in September 2023. 8 months in to driving it and 10k miles later, I can say with confidence this is the best car I have ever owned. This is the first hybrid I have ever driven, and it drives/glides ever so smooth compared to the gas cars of my past. The finish and tech of the Touring really feels luxurious and makes going on long drives something to look forward to. I average anywhere between 32 and 38 mpg per tank of gas, depending on how much I am on the highway. My lone criticism of this vehicle is how much it struggles to go uphill, so much so that I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone who lives in the mountains. I live somewhere relatively flat so this is not much of an issue.

Since we have only owned this car for about 7 months, we cannot testify to the reliability. We are hoping, based on past Hondas we have owned, that this vehicle will be as reliable. The interior of the CRV Sport-L has everything we could want for convenience and comfort. We recently traded up from the CRV-Sport trim due to the increased comfort level of this vehicle. (Seat control and comfort, Automatic trunk hatch, WIFI apple play, wireless phone charger, Upgraded speaker system.) The car handles well for city as well as highway driving. We compared this to the RAV 4 Hybrid and feel that this model with all that's included beats the RAV 4 considerably by price. So far, so GREAT!

I walked in and met with Jerry he was very transparent and upfront about everything. I did not purchase a the vehicle I wanted simply because the a few factors mainly price and trade in value. I would say it was one of the most respectful interactions I’ve had at a dealership I didn’t feel pressured for anything or feel like they weren’t honest with me. I would definitely recommend this dealer for someone who wants up front pricing and transparency. Just because I did not get to purchase a vehicle from them does not remove a star I understand their part being a business at the end of the day

So I've owned my 2020 Honda CR-V for 2 years now. It's been overall a great and reliable vehicle. I originally wanted to upgrade from my Civic Hatchback to a truck but didn't want to sacrifice fuel economy or spend $40,000+ for a good truck. We bought my wife a 2019 CR-V EX FWD the previous year and we really enjoyed driving it and loved the cargo space and comfortable seating in the back for when we were traveling with others. When I saw the Hybrid model was released I decided to check it out. It checked off most everything on my list that I was wanting from a truck overall since I didn't need it to tow things and while I couldn't load everything in the trunk with the seats folded down, like I could in the bed of a truck, I definitely could load a lot of things when needed and it was good on gas and I could get it for about $32,000. So in the end it was a great fit. We've loved having 2 CR-V's and normally will take mine on day trips mainly because it has AWD and my wife's doesn't but the one area I've been disappointed in with the vehicle is Highway MPG. My wife's CR-V is rated at 34mpg on the highway and my CR-V Hybrid is rated at 35mpg on the highway. When we take her car on long road trips she gets about 32-35mpg like advertised and these trips are 95% highway. When we take mine on the same trip my fuel economy is much worse dropping to 27-30mpg and I'm driving in both scenarios. Now when I drive normally, like when I'm going to work or to run errands throughout the week, the fuel economy is great, even getting up to 40mpg on average at times but usually around 36-39mpg. I've asked Honda why my car is rated as being better on the highway compared to my wife's CR-V and yet my car is far worse on the highway and I was basically told I'm not driving it correctly. It's definitely an annoyance but since we have my wife's CR-V available to take on the long trips it works out for our uses.
