We were immediately attended to and felt no pressure to immediately purchase. The salesperson, Alberto, is fantastic. Most professional and attentive. Took us through all the options and was not ???pushy???. We felt that he was working for us to get a great deal. Manager, Serg, is also a good asset to the team. They were very open to our wishes to make the deal happen.
I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Whilst car salesmen and dealerships don't generally inspire feelings of trust or good customer experience, Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI are a stand-out enterprise that well and truly kicks that trend. After visiting several different car dealerships in Rhode Island it was extremely refreshing to find one that wasn't trying to hard-sell every unnecessary gizmo available and/or extract every bit of private/personal detail just to get a simple quote. The salesman we dealt with (a Mr. David Fontaine) was thoroughly professional and he actually listened to what we wanted which certainly isn't a common trait in other dealerships we visited. Communications throughout the whole process were highly satisfactory, the staff were always friendly and attentive and the leasing sale was punctual and deftly handled.

Went in to the dealership as I saw a really great deal for a used car online. I worked with Shane Gee who was amazing. The process was a bit long but its because they were busy but the facility kept me, my wife, and my 5 year old son occupied. They had a play area for the kids and food and drinks while we waited. Overall the best car buying experience I've ever had.
We perchased a new truck yesterday. It was a great experience, we love the truck. Bruce Klanderrud was great to work with and everything was done very efficiently. Looking forward to working with them in the future
Very timely, effective and intuitive. Very knowlegeable in what she does. Came in for an oil change and their techs. recognized I had a broken motor mount because of a previous accident.
