Took us through all the options and was not ???pushy???. We felt that he was working for us to get a great deal. Manager, Serg, is also a good asset to the team. I bought my first car in 1955 and many since. The experience with most dealers ranged from poor to very good. My experience at Tempe Honda caught me unawares because it was so extraordinarily good. This started with Francine's chat, continued with rescheduling an earlier time to fit my schedule (at the last minute) and extra effort to find another part that was requested when I signed in. The free shuttle was a wonderful convenience - quick response. Check out was beyond expectations for ease.

We bought our 5th or 6th vehicle from HOF and had a pretty good experience. It is always a challenge to meet on price but that seems to happen at all dealerships. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the final paperwork to our home since we were unable to get to the dealership during their regular hours. (We live 2 miles from them.) If you need a vehicle ask for Raj- he delivers old style customer service like courtesy phone calls and he always follows up on email.

I contact Otis Tate 8 months ago about a new CRV but we couldn't work out a deal. Last week, I contacted Otis again because my daughter wanted a new Accord. I guess she had grown tired of her 2004 Accord with 123k miles. Otis was celebrating his 24 year anniversary on Saturday and referred me to Shawn Risner. Shawn worked with Lisa and I over a span of 5 hours while also helping his other clients. My daughter is a PHd student at OSU and therefore her resources are limited. Shawn again spent the time and made this experience a wonderful one. Otis recommended we make use of the Costo program which saved us a nice chunk of change. We'll be back.
