I made an appointment for a Saturday and was told the service would take an hour and a half. It ended up to be a four hour wait. My service representative was great and apologized, but I think this was a little excessive for a routine service.

everything I was told...interior space is great-i have to carry and move a bunch-And it all fits...MPG excellent-especially highway driving...easy to use, maneuver and navigate in this town...well worth the price...
I have been coming to this location for over 12 years some experiences not so good but this time for an oil change , which turned out to be a new battery and rear brakes by far was the best and they didn't try to sell me anything not needed just to make sales. Being honest is the best way to attract new and repeat customers.
Exterior/paint easily scratched, no remedy from co
by PurpleGal from Mission, KS
August 14, 2018
I like a small hatchback like this model. However, exterior paint was immediately scratched & no remedy, though I paid for extra coating. After scratching they told me the coating was only for sun fading?! I changed Auto companies due to bad exterior on previous car, and am very disappointed to find problems with this one already & I resent paying extra for protection I did not get.
Friendly service in a low-pressure environment. The best part was that after we made our purchase, Jose still responded to a concern we had within minutes of our emailing him. Though the dealership had no requirement to do so, they made things right for us when we found a minor problem after purchase.
Fantastic. Compact, stylish, and reliable.

Has everything I need’enough room, aux cord, USB input, and cup holders everywhere. Deceptively spacious, and foldable seats for additional storage space. Excellent gas mileage as well.
Great Services. The Buying Process Wasn't Alright I Didn't Feel Like No One Really Wanted To Help. Can Out For The Mazda 6 But Every Person I Went To Turned Me Down.
Surprisingly peppy for an economy car
by mockginger from PA

I went from a Subaru WRX to this, so trust me when I say this car is surprisingly peppy for an economy car. It was the only car that didn't make me sad to drive when looking to improve my MPGs and keep a manual transmission. The cargo space in this car is also phenomenal, I don't think even an expensive trip to Ikea could fill this car to capacity.
Mr. Dan Carter is very knowledgeable professional and helpful. He really helps me out to get the best car for the best mileage and the best cost that was in my budget. I would recommend to work with Mr Dan Carter and the other associates at VIP Kars.
Great first car

It is a fun to drive, zippy car. Plenty of space inside, and great visibility. I taught my daughter to drive on this car, and it was perfect for the task. Great gas mileage? as well.
Great Customer Service w/Quick & Easy Purhase. Thanks To Ryan for making the process a pleasant experience. We would definitely refer others to him.

The stylish Honda Fit boasts an electric blue body color, excellent fuel economy, clean fabric interior, and zippy 4-cylinder engine. Gets you where you need to go quickly and with style. Not only can this compact car FIT lots of belongings, but it's super easy to park.
Great Experience with this dealer. Clint Henderson was very nice and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I would recommend everyone to Ed Voyles Honda.
Great value for the money, great in snow
by HondaGalSince92 from Bridgeport, CT

This is the most recent in a long line of Honda purchases since 1992. It's been very reliable like all of them and is the absolute best in the snow of any that I have owned, even without snow tires. The Vehicle Stability Assist is fantastic. It has plenty of pep for CT hills, even in Econ mode which I run all the time. I get 38-40 mpg all summer long and am 34-35 in the cold months. The "magic" folding back seats are incredibly useful for transporting all kinds of things, long and tall. This is my second Fit, I had a 2008 previously. My first Honda not made in Japan which I was very apprehensive about however I've had no problems at all in 14 months/12,000 miles.
I brought in my Kia Optima for an appraisal. I was greeted immediately and the process began. I had an offer within 30 min. in which I accepted. Very confident and professional staff!

I wanted small with 4 doors and the availability of space, if needed. I wanted good gas mileage, and the reputation of reliability. Additionally, good styling and a sun roof. The Fit has all this. Plus it corners well, and has good "punch."
Mr Alex was very helpful in finding me a car. They made sure I left with what I wanted. If you're looking something within your budget with less miles.. Come see them Marietta Auto Mall Center
131K on little more than oil changes.
by Bryan from Hampstead
November 1, 2018
I bought my Honda Fit Sport new, and just passed 131K miles on it. I've done very little to the car other than oil changes and brakes. New spark plugs at 100K (15 minutes change yourself), and just replaced the coolant and serpentine belt (both also very easy DIY with this car). The car has averaged over 37MPG over it's lifetime (manual transmission) so I cannot complain about that! It still drives great, and is fun to drive. I haul my bicycles and big xxx dog around in it and it never complains.
The largest, and just about only issue I've had with the vehicle is the HVAC cabin fan, which burned out around 70K miles, and the replacement (aftermarket part) is also about to do the same. I think the bearings dry out due to the design of the motor. Also the hatch handles will tend to rust/stick and may need eventual replacement but both are easy DIY projects. Just about everything on this car is easy to work on and the car is so reliable you generally don't need to work on much! Easily the most reliable car I've owned.
I have purchased quite a number of vehicles over the years and this experience ranks among the best. Felicia Jones did an excellent job putting my deal together.
Great Mileage--Great for Hauling
by Over65 from Louisville, KY

I love my Honda Fit. The mileage is great and I can put almost anything in the back to take on trips. Most cars don't have great trunk space. When I go to Costco and buy a lot of bulk items I can put the back seats down and get all my items in. If I want my dogs in the car I can put the seats in the back up and put the dog beds in and let them lie on the floor. Wonderful car.
Thank you to Mr. Griffin Huntsinger for making my sons first time buying experience a great one. He's still smiling ear to ear. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were in and out in a little over a hour. Great dealership, wonderful salesman. Excellent customer service.Highly recommended! You Rock!

Hatchback is VERY handy and the flexible seats really help. Great mileage. But I wish the interiors weren’t always black and sometimes I wish I had a less ’working class’ car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
GREAT Small Car

This is a perfect car for my 18 year old daughter. It is reliable, sits up high, has great storage capacity, gets terrific mileage, and it is easy to maneuver in traffic. Because it is a Honda, it is a rock solid car with excellent reliability. WE LOVE IT!
It was the best experience ever. I spoke with Mr. Gary smith. But the whole team was great. they gave all the options and the price was very very fair compared to other dealership. I did go to multiple dealerships and we did not have a great experience as we did at Milton Martin Honda. I give my highest recommendations
Most efficient car I own

This car met all my needs cheap on fuel lots of leg room pretty peppy nice speakers loud fold up and down seat and nice little hatchback
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
Love it but....

This is a great car for city driving. It's roomy. The back seats lift to provide about 4 x 2 feet of cargo space or they can drop down to lay large boxes flat in the back. My concerns are that at under 5 years of driving not only were there 3 airbag recalls (one of which kept me driving in a rental for months) but I had to replace one of the cylinders because it blew out. On long trips I can feel that the car struggles with hills otherwise, it's a great little car. It looks great, it's roomy for passengers and has great cargo options.
Dennis the salesman was great. The whole staff was excellent. Very easy to work with. Liked so well bought a second vehicle from them. Two within 3 months.

So Far, Great Little Car!

I love this car and Muller Honda could not have been more helpful in helping me obtain it. My 1994 Saturn with will over 100,000 miles on it finally died. I've owned this car for two years now and I am extremely pleased - it's a fun car to drive. Finally, I can go to Home Depot and put items in the hatch back - they actually fit for a change - there's all kinds of room plus the back seats fold down making even more room. Leg room in the car is very good - the instrument panel is not cluttered with all kinds of buttons, knobs, screens, etc. I find the seating very comfortable and, in fact, when I'm in the car the seats actually relieve some of my back pain. The only draw back I have about the car is the rear vision out the back and side windows. I think that might be the reason Honda puts the great big outside mirrors on the car. You just have to be a little careful backing up and watch what you are doing. If this car lasts as long as the Prelude did, I'll be extremely pleased.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Honda Fit have major leak problems
by Sferrell11 from Tarpon Springs
September 25, 2018
I like the features on the Honda Fit, the gas mileage, and the fact I have plenty of storage space. But that's where the love ends. These cars definitely have leak issues. I first experienced it about a month into ownership when water kept coming inside when I went through the carwash. I also noticed substantial amount of dust and dirt in all of the door jams. Supposedly all the seals were replaced but I still see the same amount of dirt and dust. Then my back hatch will not open and when I took it to the dealership they discovered the door was stuck to the seal. The gentleman just pulled on it hard and opened it for me. Now I have substantial amount of water in the driver's floorboard. Apparently the sunroof drains are not functioning properly. This design flaw has no current known fix . My car is a standard shift so in my mind this is a safety issue as my feet are wet and I have to constantly push in a clutch. Honda gave me a case number and that was it. The dealership where I am currently needs the vehicle for 24 hours. Even though it's under warranty I will have to provide myself an alternate vehicle. Definitely my first and last Honda.
