Just got my 2018 CRV today, my sales person was Robert Sahabi. Robert was very details and easy to work with, he stood on your position and provided a quote which can be told he wants to make a deal. I highly recommended asking for Robert when you walk in for test drive or a quote.
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Jon (Jonathan) is the best person you can ever ask for. He's just amazing. He TRULY cares. Micah from the service team has also been very helpful. They simply have a great team of caring experts who know KIA cars.
I only gave this dralership and average 3/5 mainly because of the wait. I had an appointment for 11am. I came at 1020 am and wasnt seen until about 11. So I waited almost an hour. I was also promised my car would be done before 1. I found that amusing and guess what. It was finished around 3. I also expected a complimentary carwash but I guess this honda does not do that. Somewhat disappointing but what can you do.
Hyundai of Serramonte has a great staff. They were nice and not too pushy! They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very understanding of our situation and were willing to work with us. They went above and beyond normal expectations. Overall, the best experience I have had at a car dealership!
I shopped various Bay Area Honda dealerships for an HR-V, and Auzy at Oakland Honda was by far the most straightforward and responsive sales rep I came across. He was not a high pressure salesman, but worked to get us the best price possible on an HR-V. In fact, his price was so good that a competing dealer advised me to jump on it. Also, as I was driving home from the dealership, I noticed what I thought was a scratch on the windshield. I emailed Auzy and Francis (Oakland Honda's technology specialist) about it, and they were happy to address the issue, which turned out to be a strand of sticky adhesive that was easily removed. All and all, we had a great experience.
I came to the dealership in hopes of getting a deal on a Honda Civic. I bought my current car from them and got a great deal. I couldn't get the car at the price I wanted so no purchase was made. I came here because they are up front with everything and the dealership doesn't load the car up with dealer add ons which increases the purchase price substantially. Even thou I didn't make a purchase, I appreciate their no pressure up front dealings.
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.
