This was he Quickest car buying process I've ever experienced. I picked my car online. I went in and Tom took my info and took me out to test drive my car. by the time we got back I was already approved and the deal was done. Came back the next day tot pick up my car and Tom came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. from the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Best buying experience of my life, period!!! Internet sales rep Casey Lindsey and sales manager Jason Russell were extremely professional, friendly and made me feel like family the second I stepped foot on the lot. Their price on the vehicle I wanted was already 800 dollars under KBB fair value and they even worked with me to get me lower! That's unreal considering they were already under KBB's fair price. I shopped around and researched market pricing on the vehicle I wanted for 2 months and was meet with disappointment from 6 other dealers. Needless to say we closed the deal in about a half hour, that's including the test drive!!!!!!
I would give 6 starts to this dealership if I could. You can shop around if you want, but Hondru will be your last stop for your next vehicle. I can't thank Casey and Jason enough for all they did to get me in my new vehicle!!!!!!!!! I love the vehicle and everything about my buying experience at Hondru. Other dealers should take notes, this is how it's done.....
Purchased a 2016 high mileage vehicle, very happy with the fair price and quality of the vehicle they had for sale. Owner does a great job buying vehicles to sell as all of the vehicles on the lot looked in great shape and well taken care or. Pleasure working with Corey on the deal as the car was priced fairly and didn't have to haggle. Drove over an hour to their location and would drive it again to buy another vehicle.
I am used to Bobby Rahal's 5 star response and service. I got a wake up call today. While waiting to have my recently purchased Certified used Subaru Legacy serviced because it would not start, (after 32 days of ownership) I thought of how convenient their loaner service is, and how they sent a repairman to my house to replace a battery still under warranty. Faulkner also mixed up our SS #'s on the credit app. which I was reminded about again when we both got letters noting that our credit score has been affected by this error. As far as the repair, the battery terminal was corroded, and apparently a software update from rev A to rev D was required. I had a lot of faith in Subaru when we purchased this car last month, now I am worried every time I reach for the start button.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I had the best experience at Hampstead Pre-owned….I really wish I would have found them earlier on in my search for a car; not only do they have such a wide variety of cars…but the best thing is that from the minute you walk into the shop, they treat you like family. I worked with Brian who was so friendly and so easy going. I test drove everything I was interested in…and then test drove again :) He answered all of my questions and just was so incredibly down to earth.
They made the process of signing the sale paperwork so seamless and easy. They made sure I understood everything and even made a follow up call to make sure all was going well.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and when I am in the market for another vehicle I will be going back to do business with them again. I cannot reiterate enough how fortunate I feel having found this place.
My son found a beautiful 4Runner for sale and set up the purchase with Alonzo. After learning a co-signer was needed, my hopes were a little deterred, since I couldn't leave my business for a day to make the 4 hour trip to the dealership. What happened next was something I had never experienced before. I spent some time on the phone with Faulkner Dodge and exchanged some needed information, and the next evening, after work, they actually DELIVERED the car to our town and we signed the paperwork. The was the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. The trade value was top notch and the purchase price was competitive. I expected resistance on the price I was expecting to pay, they matched the best deal I negotiated with by another dealer further away. This is a car dealer, and yes they are in it to make money. Be informed using all the resources available and don't expect to be deserving of any more, haggling make a car buying experience miserable.
I went into Ciocca looking at a specific car. They had the car all ready. Jesse was my salesman and was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy like some car salesman are. He is a true car guy and knows a lot about the cars.
