We ended up purchasing two new 4Runners and even with an hour power outage (due to someone hitting a power box or something) they worked through everything, gave us everything we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process.
Brake failure almost got me killed!

Controls difficult to access. Very poor visibility. Great gas mileage and then the brakes failed and I was almost killed. Stay away from this model Honda which is usually reliable.
I also had issues with their service department.
After a long, grueling process of shopping for a car at Billion Honda in Iowa City, my father and I decided to leave their store to look at a car at Zimmerman we had been eyeing to check out. My father used to work with Marty, so that made me feel a lot more comfortable going through him. The process with Marty was so much smoother and up front. We had an excellent experience and got a solid quote of exactly what I was aiming for. Our first impression of Kurt Marty was "no nonsense." Is addition he was courteous and informative about every question we had. Never once did he push or show any impatience. I am absolutely in love with this suv! It has everything that I want/need and is the perfect size! I love the color and all the upgrades in this car!
I came to the dealership knowing I wanted an electric vehicle of some kind but with limited knowledge Dax was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right car for us. The dealership made the sale go smoothly which is a rarity in my experience. We are very happy overall with the whole operation.

My wife and I have owned this car for a little over a year now. So far, it’s been a terrific primary vehicle. It’s comfortable, very roomy and all the ’bells and whistles’ we need. We absolutely love the storage you get with the magic seats. My only complaints, which really are minor is the lack of engine acceleration and the CVT transmission ’droning’ This vehicle is powered by a 142 hp 1.8L engine used in the Civic, so don’t expect to be able to haul trailers with it. What this vehicle is meant for is smartly getting around town and loading the back up for long trips.
The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.

The drive belt makes loud noiseson accelerator Brought back to dealer. Said it was known problem. But waiting on engineers to fix cause of problems. Haven got back to us. A new car with this very loud noise is not right. Very bad service from Honda. We never buy another Honda.
Great investment considering me and my husband like to travel and adventure ALOT of space I literally fit everything in my life in it and still had room to spare. I use it every day to go to and from work and I barely use any gas but when traveling it takes 4 hrs to go down to half a tank

I have too say, being a little skeptical of buying a used car from a dealer I was quite surprised when I stopped by Mastria Subaru. The salesman Ron C. couldn't of been any better. He is a true professional. He was easy to talk to and discuss the car I was interested in and walked me through the whole process. Its a little slow but ounce u are going its fine.
Just dont try n pull put with any cars in sight.
Its comfortable and fun to drive.
I like some of the USB plug in and all the others are nice for your electronics. Its a Honda.Thats about all i need to say..Id bet with proper maintenance it will get 300,000 out of that motor and transmission.
Honda name means alot to me..

I purchased the 2017 HR-V new to replace a much loved 2010 Honda CRV with 170,000 miles on it. I thought that I could get used to the smaller size but the 2nd row is uncomfortable. With carseats for 2 grandchildren you really cannot get a third person in the back. The rear cargo area is only good if you flip the 2nd row seats down. Honda has also significantly cheapened the interior. I recently had a deer run into my path and though I saw him right away and was only going 35 mph, I could not stop in time. The car didn't perform as well as expected and I ended up with $7500 in damages. I was ready to trade it in before the accident and did so as soon as it was repaired. I don't know how the vehicle has such high reviews. I have moved on to another brand and doubt that I would ever go back to Honda.
Friendly and made the process of leasing a new Honda so easy! Great place, and I am so happy with my new 2018 Honda CRV!
Problems right away

I turned the temperature control knob and something broke right away. It stayed in the shop a week for the whole dash to be taken apart for the repair. Now, at 22000 miles a rattle has started in the rear suspension. They just replaced a shock today, and it still rattles. Will be trading soon.
