I walked in looking for a nice used car and left with a brand new car! David was great to work with and respected my budget all while taking the time to compare numbers on multiple cars. David stayed late and took the time to show me all the features of the car and answer any questions. I’ve been a Nissan driver for the last 13 years and am excited to return back to the Honda world! Cross Creek Subaru and my salesman Myk made buying a car a wonderful experience. My husband is housebound and this was the first time I had to deal with a major purchase by myself. I was never talked down to or treated as a "woman" who does not know what she is doing. Myk went out of his way to make sure I could take different cars home to be sure my husband was comfortable sitting in them. When we made a decision I met with the General Manager who took me through the complete process of settling on a final price. When I picked up the car, Myk made sure I understood all the "bells and whistles" my new car has. Today I met with a Starlink specialist who answered all the questions I had come across the last three weeks. I am looking forward to having a great long term relationship with Cross Creek Subaru.
The car buying process was easy. Carl had helped us with a test drive a couple of months ago. When we decided to buy a honda, we made sure to make an appointment with Carl. He was very helpful and nice to work with on our visits.

Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Overall I was dreading going to the dealership, but surprisingly when I got there I was greeted by a Sales Manager named Adrian. He introduced me to his Sales Associate Julian who took great care of me. I can tell you that over all they made it a pleasant experience for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted for a price that was exceptional. I highly recommend you asking for them when you walk into Bell Honda if you want a good experience.

I had gotten a 2018 Honda Accord LX on 09/29, I unfourtunately I got into a Car Accident. Thankfully, I was okay! Sitting at Home overwhelmed, Honda contacted me via Phone! They helped me with paperwork, GAP, & actually getting me into a brand New 2018 Honda Accord Sport on 12/01! Wade provided the most excellent service & support I could have asked for! Honda Finance was so reliable, I would recommend anyone & everyone to purchase their first vehicle at this Honda McCurley. I felt BLESSED! Almost like Family, these people grew on to my situation & supported me through it all, step by step. I highly recommend & suggest you go here. Our experience there was good we didn’t close the deal but it was good. I don’t know that I would go back though cause when we looked at the car there were damages that were clearly noticeable which I was bummed about. I couldn’t see purchasing this vehicle with damages like that and I am surprised Honda would try and sell it like that.
