He didn't sugarcoat anything and told me exactly what was wrong, outlining the priority problems and what could probably wait. He took his time to explained to me all the procedures from buying my car to finance my car, and he went through the features on new vehicle with me. I don't feel very comfortable when go to the dealership, but David proved to me otherwise. Could not asked for a professional, friendly service at Honda Eagle Dealership; and I came out with a brand new car!!!!
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.

While looking for a new to me car online, I selected one and received a text promptly from Gus. The next morning, my 15 year old son and I went in to look. Gus not only helped me find a car that I fell in love with and was safe and big enough for my family. He also took time out of his day to talk with my son and remind him to never give up on his dreams of becoming a football player. It's nice to know that men like him exist in the car buying world. I didn't feel taken advantage of or like he was just trying to get a sale. He talked with me and listened to what my family and I needed. He even prayed with us at the end. I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

The sales person Jay who was with us was amazing .. undoubtedly he did his best and is still helpful when in need 😍 .. the PROBLEM we had was with the FINANCIAL HEAD who at the crucial moment after finalizing everything kept a check that we had to opt for financing only in the bank they stated with highest APR and was forced to select the highest repayment period .. so just be mindful during the final moments before signing the papers ..
