James Rule was amazing it was like he knew what I needed before I did. I am not an easy person to please but this guy made the buying process so easy and relaxing it was more like setting down with somebody I have know my whole life. If I didn't leave with a brand new car I wouldn't of even known I was car shopping.

Having bad knees I had to have a car that was easy for me to get in and out of. I test drove and tried to get in and out of over 50 cars before I bought my HR-V. It is perfect and truly the most comfortable car I have ever owned.
Frank was a friendly, approachable and knowledgeable guy with a sense of humor. We spent the entire day with him, and ended up with a great car. Going through the Costco program helped get our price down from the start.
Got callback from sales person within few hours. He was nice. Did test drove and made offer. Unfortunately, vehicle sold when called next day. Service facility is ok, they do service fast, but quite expensive.
I wish I never leased this car!

I had a 2015 Civic and needed something with more interior space, so I thought the HR-V would be the answer. The seats in this car are the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in. There is no lumbar adjustment and the lumbar is far too pronounced to sit against without causing pain. I contacted my dealer and Honda customer service and have gotten no assistance from either. I caution anyone not to purchase this car! Do yourself a favor and get a Civic.
I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.
If your headed to Whitten Bros., ask for Bruce Anderson! He was a pleasure to talk to and he doesn't beat around the bush. Very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to get you what you desire! By far the best dealership I ever worked with, the atmosphere was energized. Thank You for the experience I will never forget!
Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing

Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. From the moment Adam met us in the lot, the experience was a learning one. He is so knowledgable about the product I was interested in and he listened to what I wanted. He brought two cars up for comparison, knew the difference about each one, and there was no "dazzle-dazzle"! Extremely honest and forthright with his answers.
The staff at Park Ave BMW is outstanding. Andy made this purchase easy. Matt and Jack made the pick up of the vehicle an easy experience. Andy is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. I love it! Plenty of room inside but not too big outside. Good dashboard layout. Comfortable ride and heated seats. Fits my needs perfectly. Great choice between the Fit and the CRV, both of which I have owned.

Impressive exterior and interior vehicle. Gas saving. Cameras actually help rear parking. Seats customize as I prefer. Running day lights great. Rear window wiper helpful. Interior air adjusts very well. Leasing now. Purchase is probable. Safety features get five stars.
Jane was very helpful. She did not try to push us into a decision to buy a car. She was able to give us a good price. We are happy with our purchase.
Saved Me In An Accident

I am so grateful for this car. I met an accident today and luckily I did not get super injured. I was hit from the back and the seatbelt kept me in position. The other car behind me got totally smashed but my car was only damaged in the back. If it wasn't for a strong car like this I wouldn't be alive today.

This suv meets all of our expectations and then some. Roomy, stylish, economic, and extremely practical. Fits in the garage perfectly. It handles well on turns and feels very safe. Love the two tone aluminum wheels with the green paint. Oh did I mention SiriusXM radio! Very cool!!
I love to come to Capital City Honda for anything even if it is just to have my car washed.. Everyone is friendly and treat you so special.
They had me in and my car serviced in less time then had been determined it would take. The people taking care of my car were great and I felt confident t would be well taken care of.
Thank you Honda Service department for the way you not only took care of my Honda and washed and cleaned it but you also took care of me. If I had any questions they were taken care of immediately.

Purchased HR-V EX. Engine lacks enough power combined with the CVT transmission. It lugs when going up any kind of hill. You can see the gas mileage fall rapidly as a result. The lack of storage behind back set is small. Honda needs to add 6 inches to length and two inches to wheel base for a better ride. Gas mileage should be 30-35 instead of 26-29. The dash has to much lights and distracts. Honda needs to revamp this car for the 2020 year.
