I found a one owner 2008 RL at Spitzer to replace my 2008 that was totaled. This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jeremy Benson was fantastic, - the dealership treated me as though I was buying a $60,000 RLX Hybrid. Benita in finance was especially helpful, having changed my mind at the last minute about a service contract. Could not have asked for a better experience.

James Rule was amazing it was like he knew what I needed before I did. I am not an easy person to please but this guy made the buying process so easy and relaxing it was more like setting down with somebody I have know my whole life. If I didn't leave with a brand new car I wouldn't of even known I was car shopping.
Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! We have been looking for weeks and were considering if there was an SUV out there within our budget. We had just left another dealership and decided to head over to Siko Honda as a last resort. We saw a 2015 Kia Sportage online and came in for a test drive. The facility was clean and the SUV looked great but we were not feeling the first salesman or the price. We were ready to walk out the door until we met Emilio!
Emilio took his time and answered all of our questions even though they were closing. My wife was not content with the first test drive, so so we took it for another test drive when we came back two days later to close the deal. I appreciate Emilio being honest and straight up with us for that is rare! If we had not ran into him, we would have not bought the car!
Kay and Brad worked with us. They were an amazing team. We got the vehicle we want (and LOVE it) at the price we wanted. Facilities were extremely clean and loved the refreshments while working through the process! Ms Kay has helped our good friends purchase 5 vehicles, so we felt we were in excellent hands! My husband and I worked with TJ when we bought my car and we knew we wanted to go back to him! He is personable, caring, and always willing to go above and beyond for us. He even came in on HIS day off to help us buy our newest car! We appreciate him and all the employees at Patty Peck! We plan on being with them for a long time!!
The receptionist, salesman, and finance person were prompt in responding, courteous and helpful throughout the process. Though I should probably wait to do this until after I actually receive my car from the transport company, I feel confident that all will be well. This was my first car buying from a distance and it went smoothly.
I submitted an app online looking for a car for my teenage daughter and this will be her very first car. Was contacted by Jeff in sales, he covered everything thing I had written and immediately starting helping me. No hassle, everything went smoothly and I met Danny the finance manager and he was AWSOME just like Jeff. They both listened to my needs and I purchased a 2019 Honda Fit and when I signed all the paperwork Lenny the finance manager was also easy to deal with and went over everything with me making sure he answered all my questions. This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with and my only complaint is that I waited so long to go see them. Thank you Tower Honda of Longview.

From the moment Adam met us in the lot, the experience was a learning one. He is so knowledgable about the product I was interested in and he listened to what I wanted. He brought two cars up for comparison, knew the difference about each one, and there was no "dazzle-dazzle"! Extremely honest and forthright with his answers.
The title says it all. I never get pressured by the sales or finance people. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. And I was in and out in 2.5 hours including test driving to signing the papers. Steve and Miguel were fantastic.
I love to come to Capital City Honda for anything even if it is just to have my car washed.. Everyone is friendly and treat you so special.
They had me in and my car serviced in less time then had been determined it would take. The people taking care of my car were great and I felt confident t would be well taken care of.
Thank you Honda Service department for the way you not only took care of my Honda and washed and cleaned it but you also took care of me. If I had any questions they were taken care of immediately.
