LHM Service department folks are friendly/courteous, communicate and explain what repairs need to be completed and answer any questions that I have. Service is done on time. Shuttle service is very good too.
Warranty covered the light. Bought 3 oil changes , rep mentioned they would be synthetic blend oil . Receipt says conventional? Did someone not relay the message? Shouldn't the receipt say synthetic blend? Just curious. Over all friendly quick service.
Serious mechanical problems with my car prevented me from getting it up here on my move from CA to WA. LHM Honda Dealership not only helped me get my car up here, but once here, solved the serious mechanical problem that two other dealerships in CA couldn't and didn't find. I'm a very happy Honda owner once again!
