The woman I left my Honda Fit with in the Service Bay was extremely helpful. She let me borrow a vehicle to do errands while waiting for the passenger side air bag to be replaced and for them to conduct a complete diagnostic of the air conditioning unit to determine why it wasn't working all summer. Although she tried calling me to let me know the cost of fixing the air conditioning unit, which consisted of (replacing the Freon, would be the same as the cost of the diagnostic and couldn't get in touch with me, she made a wise choice in determining that I would choose to replace the Freon this time rather than having to return and end up being charged double. She deserves this praise and probably a raise.
Always a great experience working with my Honda dealer. This is the 6th or 7th car that I have bought from them and will continue buying from them. They take the time to talk with you and make sure you know everything you need to know about your new vehicle. I highly recommend going through them if looking for a new vehicle.
