Alex and Ting were fantastic throughout the buying process. Ting found the vehicle that I was looking for and offered a competitive price. Alex served us through the test drive and explanation of vehicle features. Zack was great in the finance and paperwork stage. I give them all a ten for their efforts.
I was absolute happy with customer service and how easy process they made for my purchase. Kal was most helpful and wonderful person from the beginning at providing all the details on cars, help with purchase, communication through phone and email.

walked in with a budget and a out of the door price we worked out with the salesman. we then got transferred to the finance guy which is where the clever haggling began. they first started us off with a 8.0 % interest which i thought was normal because my dad had bankruptcy on his record... little did i know bankruptcy lasts 7 years on his record so it shouldn't have shown up. so we went into the finance department with a monthly payment of 250 and financing $9900. after dealing with the finance guy, our payment remained the same but the finance amount went up to $11,500 but kept the monthly payments the same and adding a maintenance package. we didn't want the maintenance package but he only increased our bill by $3. how did he do that? he lowered the interest and insisted that honda "buys down" the interest to help out the customer. so he lowered the interest from 8% to 3% to " help us out". I was blindsighted and realized he could've given us this interest rate since the beginning and lowered our bill without having to buy the maintenance package. He tacked on the maintenance package onto the principal bill and made it seem ok as we were going to pay the same price as we were receiving with the 8% interest. Very clever on their behalf. Beware. Do not think they are doing you a favor by "buying down" the interest. It is a way of upping your principal bill without realizing it.
I bought a car about 3 days ago and have been meaning to do a review, so it’s a bit delayed but I wouldn’t miss this opportunity to talk about how wonderful my experience at Southbay Honda was. We all know the car buying process can be very stressful, however My experience was the complete opposite. I had the pleasure of working with Dakila, Kenny, and Jordan. The moment I walked in Dakila greeted myself and family with the warmest smile and told us we’d be taken care of. Kenny was Great he kept myself and my family accommodated with refreshments, all while constantly checking on us and even provided us with refreshments. Kenny And Dakila worked hard to get me the best deal they could. Last but not least there was Jordan, he was very patient and funny. I love my 2018 Honda that i purchased and I could go on and on about how amazing the staff here are!!! Thank you Southbay Honda for making my experience one to remember!!
Experience has been great during the 3 hours from stepping into Honda Stevens Creeks to walking out with a new minivan. Richard Chan provided an excellent customer service and assistance toward the whole process experience. Highly recommended! Richard is your guy if you need a new Honda.
It was a good experience in general terms, they came initially with an excellent deal, but at the final stage of purchasing process as all of Dealers, not specific from this Dealer in particular, at Finance Department they offered other options with some add-on coverages sometimes not really needed such as extended warranty, paint treatments, etc. which try to incline the balance to their side going from excellent to a acceptable deal. Obviously at that point you’re tired and accept some of them, even though not all of them are really a basic need.
Overall, sales and finance people were doing their job in a good way,which is to sell!
I did a recall service there today. The service consultant who helped me (Regina) is very kind and helpful. I stayed on the site waiting for pick-up. The place is great with good wifi and spacious room. Overall, it is probably the best experience I have had in a car dealership place.
The salesperson is very attentive (Edmund Zabarre). We told him that we don't want to play the game, give us the bottom line and we will deal with it. He understood. We bought the car and afterward he taught a us all the features of the car before we drove out of the car lot. Very patience and he make sure that we understand on how to use the features of the car. Very happy with the car, I got my favorite color, passion berry.

After a very extensive search, and going to multiple Honda dealerships around the Bay Area the past week I had a very positive shopping experience at Southbay Honda Dealership. Ask for Oscar Marquez and Brian Wong at Southbay Honda Dealership! I must say, Oscar & Brian are probably one of the best professional people that I have met in my life. When he called to follow up on my inquiries, he was very courteous, knowledgeable and welcoming. He made me feel comfortable right away by answering all my questions tactfully and professionally. Before leaving the dealership with my brand new 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L with Navi, I jokingly said to Oscar if I get any freebies like key chains or something. He laughed and said, "I got you". Oscar Marquez and Brian Wong -- YOU ARE THE BEST ! Thank you very much ! I am loving the car and extra attention you have given me so far!
