I bought a slightly used Honda HRV and I love it. Ara was nice to me the whole time and very helpful even though he was a newer employee. The managers and service department were very helpful as well and Alex the delivery guy was super friendly and helpful too. Ask for Ara next time you???re here!!!
We recently purchased a vehicle at Herb Chambers Seekonk for the first time. It was a great experience at this nice looking dealership. The staff were friendly. Bruce Reis, our sales consultant, was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered every one of our questions in detail and made the purchase smooth and easy. He followed up after the purchase to make sure that everything was satisfactory on our side. We truly enjoyed the customer service from Bruce. Our service coordinator Kevin was also very friendly and patiently helped us set up all the features of our car.

I cannot thank Ryan & this dealership enough for making this purchase as easy & seamless as possible. So far from start to finish this has been a great experience. Ryan is very easily assessible, knowledgeable and friendly. He gets back to you immediately and even has checked up multiple times with me post purchase to make sure I knew how to work the car???s features & if I was happy. Even when I was unable to locate my title it was not a problem, i was out of there in record time. I would with out a doubt purchase another vehicle with Herb Chambers after especially after the horrific experience I had with Balise Honda on the last purchase. I still cannot believe how fast I was in & out of there, even though this dealership was extremely busy , this is how a car purchase should be!
When I first was looking for a car, I called Majestic Honda and spoke directly to Katrina Balunas. After answering questions, she directed me to a salesperson. She followed up on my questions and helped me feel like it was a team effort to treat me in a quality way in the car purchase process. Had I not dealt with her in the beginning, I'm not sure a car purchase (2015 Honda Accord EX-L) would have happened.
Buying a new Honda at Majestic was an outstanding experience! Yalisa, Bill , and Kylie were respectful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the “family” atmosphere rather than the larger “factory” treatment at other dealerships. John O'Connor was a very knowledgeable and friendly member of the Boch staff. He took the time to explain many features on the vehicle we were looking at, answered all questions, all without any pressure. When it comes time for me to buy another Honda, I will go to Boch and look for John.
The personnel are all excellent - however, when it came to financing we (my wife and I) were told that you would get the lowest finance rate. I informed them that there should be no rate because of your signs, both three signs in the dealership and on your website. There was disbelief, so I showed them the sign which read " BLACK FRIDAY ALL MONTH THIS MONTH GET YOUR CHOICE OF: 0 DOWN 0% APR, 0 PAYMENT 90 DAYS BOCH" I was told I didn't qualify. Qualify for what? There were "no conditions listed". Other dealers advertised on TV and radio, 0 down 0% APR (GM), 0 payment for 90 days (Subaru). So even though we bought a new Honda CRV at 4.1% APR, We feel we've been had, lied to. Also, it's false advertising. DO YOU DARE MAKE THIS RIGHT?????
