This was honestly a great experience. In th past I’ve had bad experiences buying cars but earvin made it smooth and easy for me. He sent me pictures of the car to verify the car was available and was transparent about everything.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

They had really good customer service and provided all the help possible with the best experts in the field helping with our issues. There were always people attentive and keeping us updated on the issues with our car.

So slow it’s almost unsafe! Front seats are not comfortable. Blind spot in side mirrors. Everything else is good. Base engine needs 40 more horses. Sport trim should have a turbo engine.

My express service was great with Rick Case Honda. The service attendant provided accurate and helpful information. The service team had me out in a timely manner as well.

Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

It's all about your salesman... I had a great salesman no pressure very patient and as a result I ended up buying a car... My experience was very pleasurable and and the car I got was in perfect conditions. Very satisfied.... Highly recommend the dealership just make sure you get a good salesman.

I had reservations initially, but am very pleased with my purchase. This vehicle has a few more additions than my previous HRV. I like the added features that are standard on this model.

I recently needed some minor body work on the front side bumper area where a car had scraped it. The car came back just like new. All the employees that I interacted with were very nice and professional. No one tried to over sell me on things I didn’t need giving me more faith in their honesty. Very pleased with this experience. Highly recommend them based on my experience.

I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . Surprisingly, my Equinox with fewer than 15,000 miles needed a new fuel pump. Even more surprisingly, Service informed me that they were out of stock and could come in within a few days or in more than a month. This was shocking, being that we are dealing with a run-of-the-mill American automobile, not an exotic European sports car. Regardless, with fewer than 3 months to go on the lease, I decided to pay off the balance and turn the car in. Autonation did not have a new car on which we could come to an agreement on price, so I purchased a different brand from another nearby dealer. Although the outcome of this episode was negative and inconvenient, Service and Sales both tried very hard to accommodate my needs and deserve kudos respectively for their efforts. Perhaps when my new lease is up, Autonation will have an affordable car that meets my needs. Keep up the good work.

Amazing customer service that had me in and out in no time . Very personal representative that assisted me . I wasn’t persuaded to purchase things that I didn’t intend to like I’ve experienced with other dealerships and representatives.
